Very, Very complicated communication.
My check in took over 2 hours, Charlie doesn't take a call and they are very very slow to answer WhatsApp texts.
Also the Bluetooth front door lock is a mess !!!!
Also they don't have any parking spaces available, also se the area doesn't have parking lots where you can pay during the stay.

Localização ótima para eventos no allianz parque, prédio novo com ótima estrutura, alguns detalhes no comodo mas que não atrapalham em nada a excelente estadia. Infelizmente a recepção do hotel mostrou-se um pouco indiferente quando chegamos e tivemos demora para o check in, entretanto, experiência ótima no geral.

Localização muito boa para quem vai ao Allianz Parque. Acomodação muito boa, apenas se for em casal talvez a cama seja apertada.
Ponto negativo quanto ao estacionamento, não tem no hotel e o que eles indicam ficam em quadra.

Maravilhosa! Espaço amplo, confortável e muito limpo. Tivemos só um pequeno problema com a rede Wi-fi pois o sinal não funcionava direito. Fora isso tudo perfeito e recomendo.

No meu quarto não tinha fogão e nem secador.
Mas sobre o fogão o prédio tem duas cozinhas que utilizei com um ambiente agradável que não me fez falta no quarto.
Cama achei pequena.
Mas o atendimento do Charlie ou da recepção não foi falho em momento algum. Me atenderam em tudo que foi solicitado.
