Tui Magic Life Sarigerme

This place is incredible. After multiple nightmare holidays, we’re always very sceptical, however this place has given us our faith back. The setting is to die for. The grounds are beautiful. Green and well tended too. So much plant life. The pools are lovely and clean. There was constantly staff milling about and tidying. They take real pride in the hotel and it’s gardens. They are very eco friendly too and encourage recycling everywhere. They have on site cars who they look after. They wander round the grounds but are friendly and no bother whatsoever. The hotel have feed stations around for them which we thought was lovely. The beach is the best part though as the water is warm and crystal clear. It’s also very shallow most of the way out. There’s plenty of water activities to get involved with. If you like an active holiday then there’s plenty of other things to take part in. The entertainment team were all very welcoming and didn’t put any pressure on you to join in if it’s not your thing which we appreciated. We found the evening entertainment a little too late for us, often not starting till 21:30-22:30. Our room was a little dated but was always very clean. The cleaners were very friendly. The air con wasn’t great and we did find it very hot at night so not sure how tolerable that would be in the height of summer. The best part….THE FOOD! Any negative reviews on here about that, ignore them! The food here was incredible. So many different choices at breakfast/lunch/dinner. Everything was very freshly cooked, constantly being topped up. The salad was fresh and never dry. The snack bars were fantastic down at the beach. You never had to wait more than 5 mins to have your drinks order taken and they were always cleaning your plates straight away. There’s always a bar open somewhere and the coffees were amazing too. The food really was the highlight. The local town is a 10-15 minute walk. Not at all strenuous. Lots of little bars and restaurants. Plenty of knock off shops and other with traditional gifts. No one was ever pushy or overly persistent about you buying. They were willing to barter happily however we didn’t like to take the p**s as it is their livelihood! There was also plenty of stalls offering excursions that looked to be cheaper than anything we’d seen online prior to coming. Worth waiting and booking whilst you’re here. This isn’t the place for anyone with mobility issues as it is based on a hill side and other then the rooms themselves, the pools etc are all down a long flight of stairs. It does seem to be a German focused hotel. A lot of the leaflets and things were written in German and there were no English TV channels at all which for us, not being big drinkers, was a real shame as we couldn’t retire to the room in the evenings as even the BBC channel had been changed to German. Real shame. Other than that it wasn’t an issue for us. We’ll definitely be looking to return next year.

Was here for two weeks and it was one of the best hotels I have been to for service, food, location and everything that goes along with it! A fabulous place that I would recommend to anyone! Water sports were mostly included and the entertainment was great. The staff really work hard and ho out of their way to ensure you are happy. Mostly German occupied and very few English but that wasn’t such a bad thing but would have been happier with more of a mix.

Fantastic hotel! We arrived late due to time of our scheduled flight and were greeted by the hotel manager who advised they kept the buffet restaurant open late for us! We already felt like VIP’s. The choice of food was amazing in breakfast and dinner and also lunch in the pool bar restaurant. The quality and freshness was alway top 100%. We were a family of 7, mixed ages including toddlers. So much care was spent arranging the food each evening, the displays were stunning. My daughter was vegetarian and had so much available. It was easy to book both speciality restaurants and the food and view from the rooftop was fabulous. All staff wore smiles from the lovely people cleaning all the steps down to the pool or clearing up after our toddlers. The Tui reps, bar staff, entertainments, restaurant, kids club, cleaners, activities, watersport staff couldn’t have done more to make our holiday enjoyable and special. There were approx 10 catermerans to take out, never a shortage, banana boat was free and the kids club even got to go on it. The entertainment in the amphitheatre and at the beach bar was top quality and the entertainments team always interacted with smiles after the shows with guests on the dance floor. The activity classes were great, especially the sunrise yoga. The kids club was great too, our toddler attended. Many of the guests were German and English speaking, the staff spoke German, English and other languages. The rooms were modern and spacious enough and a nice balcony with a kettle for tea and coffee making and a fridge with soft drinks and water. It was our wedding anniversary on the day we arrived so the hotel put some rose petals on our bed and let us enjoy soft fluffy robes for the holiday. On mothers day, we were greeted at the restaurant with a red rose each. The hotel had a magic night at the restaurant and Turkish food themed night. The entertainment staff performed 3 different shows per week and we were impressed with the very complex choreography. The beach was soft sand and kept very clean, never a problem getting a sunbed round the pool or on the beach.we rented a cabana for a day which was not over priced an a nice experience. The indoor pool was lovely and warm and not busy for our toddlers with armbands and floats. The gym had two parts, free weights and running and cycling machines. This was our first Tui Magic holiday and won’t be our last. We were there for 1 week and only ventured out once for a quick walk. There is a little zoo and a great children's playground. There is a feeding station for cats, they were all looked after well and the hotel was not overrun with them. There were also resident hedgehogs in the garden. There were separate bins for recycling around the grounds and the hotel was eco friendly. The kids club gave our toddler a goodbye present on her last evening at the kids disco, which was a lovely surprise. The attention to detail by all staff was fantastic

Arrived yesterday. For starters this was not advertised as a German hotel, we are from UK. It’s not a problem to us other than staff looking at us strangely when we talk in English. The cocktails are watered down juice not nice at all with no alcohol to taste. The air con in the bedroom was blowing hot air all night. There is no bar or toilet right next to the pool where you can go in swim clothes have to get dressed just to get a drink.. the roof bar advertised as open wasn’t. Hard to know what activities are happening.. hoping it will get better for us but these things wont be changed… Food selection is good though…

This was our 8th holiday in Turkey, but I have to admit, it was the first place where we left with tears in our eyes. After that, we don't want to go anywhere else! The resort is sensational! Peace, tranquility, love, cleanliness.. The staff is fabulous, the food is excellent, the entertainment team is special! Thanks to all the employees of the hotel for an unforgettable experience! We will return for 2 weeks in 2024 :)

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday, what an amazing resort. We arrived at 3.30am was welcomed with a buzz fix drink, reception staff were great explaining everything. Our cases were taken to our room on the 3rd floor what a fantastic view. The grounds of the hotel were fabulous well kept. The whole resort was so clean,food was great so much choice. The staff were amazing they only had 2 weeks until the end of season but you never would have known. Would just like to say a special thanks to Daniel from entertainment,nisa from coffee shop & late night barman. We enjoyed our holiday so much we booked for next year whilst still there.

From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff from Reception to Guest Relations to Cleaners and Gardeners all welcomed us with a genuine smile. All aspects of the hotel was exceptionally clean and cared for. The hotel is set in a beautiful hillside location with pine trees and fantastic views across the bay, especially from the roof top bar and restaurants. In the main building is reception and the buffet restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served. Here the food for both is exceptional with a huge variety of choice. The kitchen staff are very friendly and ensure all of the food is presented to a high standard which is pretty rare in a buffet style restaurant. The staff at meal times were always attentive and only after a few days knew of your drinks preference so kept you topped up at meal times. The local spirits are a fair way from those of premium branded spirits but we found the red wine and sparkling white wine very palatable. That said, the spirit measures in the evening are far more generous than those in the day! If you get the chance to have a meal in the Turkish Rooftop Restaurant then go for it as our meal was outstanding. The activity pool is a main focal point and is lively during the day with its music and activities run by the Entertainment Team who genuinely go out of their way to make sure everyone who wants to join in does so,and has a good time. These guys, as does everyone work exceptionally hard. We spent most days around the 16+ pool. This is a lovely quiet and relaxing area and like the activity pool has wooden sun loungers which were very comfy and well padded. The backdrop for this pool is a natural mini waterfall cascading in to the hillside, so sounds idyllic throughout the day. Even the pool and beach toilets are cleaned every 30 minutes so are always fresh and clean. On to the Entertainment Team - they completely made the holiday for us and we left with a suitcase full of laughs and memories. They were brilliant and helped us have one of the best family holidays ever. To name a few, Taryn, Jason, Charlie, Ciao and William the magician and aerial acrobat were simply brilliant fun who we had many laughs with. They are happy to join your for dinner also if you are lucky enough. Lastly a special thank you to Sezgin who is the Entertainment Manager - who also went out of his way to make our time there very special. We would love to return one day. Next year we are heading to Magic Life Egypt but they will have a hard act to follow!!
