Imagine you wake up and open your window to contemplate the magnificence of a true tuscan village, with fresh air, away from city noise. When you go down for breakfast, a chef is waiting on you to whatever wish you may have. That was my experience on this small, family owned hotel. It was just amazing. Generous space, there is a lift in case you need it, rooms were spotless and service was great. It was a pity I didn't use this one as a hub for my visit to Tuscany, but definitively I'll come back to this one.

Our family loves these people and their great Hotel and Ristorante. Sarteano is an amazing home base for day trips all over Tuscany and Umbria. You cannot go wrong staying with Nadia and Felice! Great Beds with puffy new pillows!!!!! AC in every room. Wonderful views of the castle. Short walk to the pool and piazza's. Can't recommend enough!!

Great location. From hotel you can easily get to multiple Tuscany locations by car. Excellent and wellcoming hosts. Perfect breakfast. Cosy, spacious and modern rooms. Free parking in hotels territory. Quite neighborhood.

A bit out of the way but very nice clean. Owner present and cheerful. Best spaghetti with 4 tomato sauce! Air conditioning and pillows could use upgrade. Charming walks to town and nature. Safe and pleasant. Quiet.

Propetari simpatici e disponibili, l' albergo è pulitissimo, accogliente con tutti i comfort. Cucina ottima con ampia scelta tra colazione, pranzo e cena.camere luminose,pulite. Luogo perfetto sia per famiglie che amici ,i miei bambini sono rimasti contentissimi.

Un week fantastico, questo albergo è una vera scoperta. Siamo stati benissimo. La location è bellissima, camere pulitissime e arredate con gusto. Bagno fantastico con una doccia strepitosa. Arredamento in modo molto funzionale. Ho apprezzato moltissimo l’uso di materiali diversi e di colori ben associati per creare angoli d’effettivo. Letto comodissimo, biancheria fresca di bucato. Cibo di ottimo livello, cucina raffinata e piatti gourmet da leccarsi i baffi. Colazione abbondante e provvista di tante prelibatezze. Pulizia degli ambienti 10 e lode. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per la gentilezza dei proprietari. Torneremo di sicuro

Les chambres sont spacieuses , confortables, offrent toutes les commodités et la salle de bain est également top . La restauration est excellente, qu'il s'agisse de leur spécialité (la pizza, choix incroyable et très bonnes) ou leurs autres plats, goûteux et copieux. La patronne est aux petits soins, gentillesse et professionalisme optimales. A proximité de la cité qui gagne à être connue. Je recommande vivement.

Semplicemente: non volevo più ritornare a casa! I proprietari sono persone straordinarie e gestiscono hotel e cucina in modo più che eccellente. Nadia può organizzarvi l'intera vacanza da quante cose conosce! Camera pulitissima e comoda, set di cortesia con ottimi prodotti. Il ristorante è assolutamente da provare, Felice propone piatti deliziosi con ingredienti di alta qualità. La pizza poi.. andrebbe annoverata tra le migliori d'Italia, e non esagero. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato ed ho apprezzato il dehors in giardino . Il centro storico si raggiunge con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Sicuramente tornerò e sicuramente lo consiglio
