The service was fantastic! Clean and nice room and a friendly staffs. The pool was nice and clean our kids enjoyed a lot and they want to go back already. We loved the greenery around and hats off to the gardening staffs who were working tirelessly to keep the garden area maintained! We would love to go back again.

The hotel environment and service are very good, the restaurant food is delicious, the guide Mr. Nabin, very patient, meticulous and humorous explanation, but also help a lot of photos and videos, is a trustworthy guide.This trip was a pleasure.

Went with family and kids. Manager act so weird for a room key which my kid lost around the premises I said I will compensate and they charge 1000 NPR for that. So surprised by hospitality, management and hotel policy. Worse experience I ever had.

This hotel deserves 5 star above all for the staff. They constantly cared that everything was going perfectly during our stay. All the people who work there were really nice, attentive and caring, from the restaurant staff to our guide, Harka. He is a perfect guide! His experience is very valuable inside the jungle. He has an astonishing sight, spotting all the animals and their footprints, and cared for us with a big smile from our arrival in chitwan to our departure. It was really a pleasure hearing his explanations. Food buffet was good, with a varied choice, also for vegetarians. Rooms are clean and spatious, the only criticism is towards the bathroom, it really needs renewal.

Very good and they served nice breakfast.The rooms are scattered generally like you find in resort.They have swimming pool but it was not opened.Location is good.Services n response to your every query is well attended.Iwill recommend this place

Hôtel très sympa dans sa conception, le jardin est bien fleuri et entretenu, le personnel est à l'écoute, il fait bon se trouver dasn cet endroit... cependant, même si les chambres sont spacieuses, elles mériteraient quand même un gros coup de rafraîchissement, notamment les salles d'eau qui accusent le poids du temps... cependant la literie est bonne et la propreté est au rdv d'une manière générale. La restauration est tout juste sympa en mode buffet, n'hésitez pas à préférer la cart, qui propose notamlment un succulent Chiken Kadaï... Allez, un bon coup de peinture et quelques sanitaires neufs, et le tour est joué !!
