An absolutely wonderful experience. You can feel the medieval vibe yet the accommodations are charming and modern. The staff were most welcoming and the restaurant breakfasts were delicious. The location is lovely and situated on a hill with breathtaking views. Nearby are easy hikes, cute towns and a beautiful stream. All in all a very magical experience.

At the end of our stay in another facility, thus place was recommended. We took a 2 hour spa session. Turkish and finnish saunas, both were nice. A warm pool and relaxing showers. Very nice facilities, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Perfect place to rest. Kinda hard to find with google maps, with apple map will you get more accurate location.

I was here for four nights with a small tour group. The hotel is well-located at the edge of the upper historic part of Spoleto. It's quiet and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, bathroom modern. A beautiful view of the surrounding countryside from my window. The breakfast was fine, though not remarkable, but the two group dinners we had in the restaurant were exceptionally good--and there are a number of good restaurants within a short walk. If I ever return to Spoleto, it would be a pleasure to stay here again.

The room was above expectations, very wide, clean, beautiful bed with a paddle, unexpectedly a sofa. The staff at the very friendly reception allowed us to leave both the car and the baggage largely before check-in and deal with the management of ZTL permits, also giving us instructions on how to move to Spoleto. Good breakfast, cleaning the room excellent. The presence of the garage is essential to the area. There is a little sin: the stairs, both to get to the room and to the breakfast room. The bathroom compared to the room may be a little old, perhaps it could be improved by putting at least hooks to the walls. It discomforts the double door to the structure, especially if it has baggage or walks. However, nothing so serious, only small defects, that will not prevent us from returning.

I have been to this hotel several times for 3/4 day stays with groups of pilgrims, and I have always found myself very well, however...... this year, all that glitters is not gold. PERSONAL CONSIDERATIONS ON MY ROOM. Air conditioning remote control not working (thank goodness touch display on the wall) There is no suitcase rest (they must be left on the floor) Fridge bar on but empty, why?? (put 2 bottles of water in it) Wall phone not working - Shower with non-adjustable shower head because it was arranged as best as possible with insulating tape - Toilet seat worn - Toilet paper only put in on the 2nd day - What can I say?? I found several defects in the room, but with a little extra attention they could be resolved in a very short time, nothing so irreparable. On the other hand, I must say, however, I found the bed and pillows very comfortable - excellent quality towels and the view from the 4th floor terrace is wonderful - CONSIDERATIONS ON THE LOCATION: Very large hotel with beautiful, spacious and well-kept common areas, friendly staff, in this period then, everything was well decorated with Christmas-themed lighting and installations, which made the atmosphere very warm, there is also a bar and a grocery shop, the shuttle service to and from the sanctuary of S. Rita was excellent . IL TARTUFO RESTAURANT. There is nothing to complain about the restaurant, TOP 100%, starting from breakfast with a very wide and tasty choice of sweet and savory products, to lunch and dinner with generous portions ((from a truckers restaurant)) very good and with excellent quality raw material. The dining room staff were all very kind, fast, extremely helpful and friendly. Here I would like to give a special thanks to the waitress ANTONIA who treated us in a special way. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: Very good hotel - clean and elegant - in an excellent location - restaurant + ke ok - highly recommended
