Hotel building was fine, the location of the building was a disaster . Building a hotel directly next to a highway is unacceptable to me. They tried to accommodate by giving me the quietest location , but it was far from quiet. Will not stay there again.

Nice hotel. Water pressure was non existent on 2nd floor, but otherwise room clean and comfortable just for 1 night stay. Good breakfast.

Gentleman at the counter very nice. Room clean, bed very comfortable. Just needs a little tlc. Wallpaper coming apart in areas. Simply little things. Over all 9.5. Oh one last thing, if your on the southside of hotel, the highway is right there. You can hear the highway traffic. If your a light sleeper good luck. The actually had ear plugs next to the bed.

Property was ok. Staff was not as helpful as could have been because we booked through a 3rd party. Thats what they informed us anyway. Pillows are completely terrible, beds are hard as a rock. Breakfast was also terrible.

The man at the front desk when we checked in was kind, but fast and efficient.
The breakfast was great, surprisingly there were many choices.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was very nice, the jacuzzi tub was nice and clean as well. Some place the tubs are NOT clean. This was good.

The only thing I would change is the quality of the eating utensils. Sturdier plastic or metal would be better. I thing metal would be more eco-friendly.
