Was an above average stay at the hotel as we were there for a wedding. Some of the staff were helpful to load up our cars when we were going off for the Wedding. Signage to the hotel was a little difficult to see from the road and you may need to take a loop to reach back.

Ctrip had obviously already deducted the room fee, but when they arrived at the front desk, they still wanted to deduct US$138. They showed Ctrip's order and payment information and they also wanted to deduct it. They said it was a deposit. It was 12 o'clock in the middle of the night when they arrived at the hotel, and they didn't bother to argue. As a result, they checked the credit card information two days later. The deposit actually turned into the room fee. When I went to Ctrip, I was given the recommendation of 265. It felt like it was just a shady store.

The hotel is conveniently located just a fifteen minute drive from the famous Seabrook Beach. Although there are shopping malls such as Walmart next to it, it is very quiet. The front desk of the hotel is very nice

Property under renovation, we were not aware of this when we booked, very few people in the hotel, construction noise continued after the time we were told it would end

The toilets in lobby were overflowing with fences! I told the lady in the front and she was lackadaisical and didn’t care. Our carpets were filthy and stained and there was black mold in our shower on ceiling. The tiles in ceilings were moldy and stained. We wanted to use the pool at 8 and was told it was closed and the staff were in the pool
