Linder Cycling Hotel

Wonderful spacious modern hotel - well placed for the local amenities . Fab breakfast with lots of choice and good hot options . Great views from the terrace . Staff wonderful and seemingly multilingual . Lovely spa - but one warning - steam room and sauna are meant to be taken naked !

There are nice parts to the hotel such as the spa and pool (although they are small and get very congested) and reception area. However, the room was very poor considering the price. Dated and old fashioned also the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable - we didn’t get one good nights sleep, something a hotel like this should be able to guarantee (see pics). Honesty, I’ve stayed in refugios with more comfortable rooms. Staff - some lovely - bar and waiting staff and the cleaner who was a beam of joy every morning. The front of desk staff were despondent and verging on rude. Location good - 5 to 10 min walk to lifts. Breakfast good. All in all disappointing given what the hotel is selling itself as and the prices being charged. Place does have potential but feels like it needs better management focused on getting the basics right before worrying about a fancy reception area.

The Linder was very special place for a ski holiday away. Everything from the easy ski rental and storage rooms, to the sauna and pool for post ski relaxation. Plus the breakfast easy morning was perfect to start the day. Can’t wait to come back next year

Fantasic hotel for a ski holiday. Great location near to Ciampinoi cablecar and Olga Ski rental shop. Close to the centre of town, bars & restaurants, but quiet enough to sleep easily. Great pool and spa. Wonderful breakfast options. Staff and owners are always on hand for friendly advice & service. One of the best hotel dining experences you're ever likey to have!

Very nice hotel , very nice team , good location , very good breakfast , cleaner was very good . But I had a problem in my room because every night above my room children’s were jumping and running so it was noise on my roof ( someone told me that there is the owners house ) . The hotel don’t have Transfer for the lifts . You have only one lift that is 8 min , the others are far away and way up . I had to pay a transfer to the lifts and it was 23 euro each way .

We visited in late December 2023 and we gave the Linder Cycling Hotel a 4/5 Stars. Pros: Beautiful hotel, modern and up-to-date, amazing location and view of the mountains, wonderful and friendly staff, and garage parking was a huge benefit. Cons: No gym/fitness center, No bedroom mini-fridge, beds are very firm/hard, very noisy outside and the walls are thin (easy to hear your neighbors…) For those cons is why I give it 4 stars. Address those issues and I would upgrade my review to 5 stars. Regarding the breakfast area, Daniel was our server almost every day and he was wonderful to interact with, friendly, and personable, so thank you! In conclusion, I’d definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel, though the hard beds and no gym are the only main issues for me personally.

Classy modern hotel with impeccable service and amenities, including rooftop lounge, sauna, infinity pool, and fantastic breakfast and dining in the evenings. We loved our stay. We were able to rent e-mtb right from the hotel and ride the sellaronda. It was amazing!

The hotel decor was nice and modern, swimming pool with a view of the Alps, breakfast was nice with made-to-order dishes; yet service of many staff really need a big upgrade. The hotel has a policy where if you don't need room cleaning then you'd get 1 free drink per night. We told the front desk staff before our breakfast (on both days) that we'd not need room cleaning, but when we went to the bar on the 3rd night, the bartender said he could only see 1 drink being recorded, when we questioned further, he flipped out and "yelled" at us! Never had anyone in hotels/restaurants yelling at me having traveled to most continents, what a surprise experience. Incident ended up was caused by the front desk staff on our 2nd day for not recording it in the system! (They have iPads in the room for making calls but it never worked when we tried calling the front desk with it) during the entire stay of 3 nights. Last morning when we were packing (around 10:30am?), the cleaner knocked twice and then immediately opened our door! What if we were actually getting changed or using the toilet? Needless to comment on the service of the front desk staff as I've seen previous reviews about this already. (I wasn't sure if I was the customer or they were with the attitude of some front desk staff) I do have to say the lady with fluent English at the restaurant during dinner was nice and friendly. Swimming pool and wellness area is nice but could get crowded in late afternoons. I'm not expecting any replies to this review as I've noticed the hotel management only replies on positive reviews - this is probably the reason for the service level and culture of this hotel. Overall, it is a nicely decorated boutique hotel but would need quite a bit of improvement on the service of many of their staff.
