Supposely they provide telephone in every room .. having difficulties to reach their receptionist .. This our 2nd time check in there ... no slipper in room. .. little bit disappointed with cleanliness of the room and under expectation their breakfast 🤭🤭

I came to this fairy tale manor hotel through a friend’s recommendation. The environment of the manor is so refreshing! The manor is like a large and beautiful garden. Every step is like walking in a fairyland. Find a quiet corner in the garden with a book and feel the beauty of nature. The room is clean and tidy. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The room is large, warm and comfortable. After returning from the sea, I attended the bbq party at the manor in the evening. The staff sang and danced, and the atmosphere was full of joy. The restaurant’s products are also good, I recommend the curry breaded chicken and coconut smoothie 🍧

One of the best Hotel Deal in Semporna town you can get. Location is very convenient for family travelers. Hotel is connected to a small so called town mall, where various fast food chains are just downstairs i.e. Starbucks (the only one in Semporna), KFC, Secret Recipe, 7 Eleven, Convenient Store. I went to Malaysia in November. Thanks to the hostess and staff for their home-like service, the whole trip was perfect. The hotel is small, has a warm living atmosphere, and is clean and tidy. There are 24-hour self-service refreshments and a drum washing machine on the first floor. There is a large balcony on the second floor for drying clothes and a refrigerator. There is a young lady at the front desk who speaks fluent Chinese and a young man who speaks fluent English and works the night shift. Thanks to the boss lady for arranging the Tawau airport transfer and one-day tour. Especially the half-day tour of Lover's Bay water sports, my parents had a great time. The restaurants we ate at were all recommended by the proprietress, and they were affordable and friendly. I was lucky enough to meet the proprietress in person. She was polite and tall. I also saw Indonesian CJS giving a speech at the stadium. I wish the boss lady a prosperous business and I wish Tawau has an airport worthy of Semporna’s international status.

The scenery of the seawater is indeed super beautiful, but the facilities do not need to be expected. There is basically nothing and you need to bring your own, including toilet paper. Looking to improve the infrastructure, it was too hot to sleep at night. We booked for two nights and stayed only one night without checking out. It was really hot. The rest is OK.

The room is ok and comfortable with aircon and fan. At check-in time in the afternoon, the aircond is very strong and the fan is on It's a cold night, I don't even turn on the aircon haha, just turn on the fan. Amik seaview is ok. The bathroom floor is stagnant. Breakfast is not from the hotel but outside, you can choose between 2 restaurants, but the two Chinese restaurants are not sure if you want to eat even if they only have toasted bread on the menu with another menu of curry noodles/mee soup. Choose one Muslim shop and one Chinese shop, then the choice is correct. These are two Chinese shops. Add the Qibla direction in the hotel room. The location is close to the jetty, he just took the boat to the island. The staff are all ok, good.

Booked this Inn2 because I couldn’t see any commitments on Sipadan Inn 3 or 1. It was okay for overnight. The first time I stayed there, it was a normal small room with window facing the street. However, when I checked in again a week later I got a room in the middle without window, even though I booked the same queen room. The location is not great, Inn 3 and 1 are at better spots in the small seafront town, easier to reach than Inn 2. Among the three, Inn 3 is the newest and, after a visit, I noticed it has better rooms with better facilities. Had WiFi in room at Inn 2, the bed was very basic and sheets not crispy clean, the shower was okay as well as the air conditioning. Semporna is a tiny town with most places within walking distance, though the narrow, car-lined streets are not that clean or tidy to walk through, especially if you carry luggage. From what I heard from other travelers, very basic facilities wherever you stay, so lower your expectations then probably all good.
