The hotel room seemed quite spacious, but the bathroom was old-fashioned, probably around 2 square meters. I actually hit my head on the first day using it! The sink was also very old, and the faucet doubled for the bathtub shower. Outside the hotel, there's a lovely large lawn. Breakfast and dinner were decent, nothing special, but you can't expect too much for the price. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to and from Lake Tazawa. From Lake Tazawa to the hotel, there are three buses starting at 3:30 PM, but you need to book in advance.

I don't usually share room with friend and especially this time we have the snowboard gears and luggages I prefer a bigger room hence i booked this Japanese-style room. The room is spacious yet it was noisy with the wood cracking sound and the noise from the humidifier in the middle of the night so we had not a good sleep during our stay. The package includes breakfast and dinner buffet. The food was ok but for its price I think it's value for money. We were exacted about the buffet on the first day, yet the food were exactly the same so we just lost our appetite on the second day. Great that we only booked 2 nights, we wouldn't be able to stand for the 3rd day having the idential food. The onsen was great!

Very nice hotel and a comfortable stay. We didn’t try the restaurant but we enjoyed the lounge area with free drinks and icy-poles. Air conditioner/heater was very loud in the room we stayed in but apart from that, perfect. Staff are excellent and very helpful.
