Hotel Grèvol Spa ★★★★
"Well located, room a little obsolete and lacking maintenance. The mattress is very hard and the bathtub is very narrow with little screen, which means a lot of water goes outside. We had some room neighbors playing bachata type music until 12:30 a.m. which they stopped after complaining to the reception three times. I don't know if the other rooms are like that, but ours could be heard even when they went to the bathroom. Regarding the spa, the pool is very correct with a good temperature, the jacuzzi is very small, it seats six but it is really for two people... which if there is already someone there you can no longer access. The staff is quite friendly. Passable cafeteria food and since they had people in the restaurant we had to wait a long time to be served. Very extensive breakfast buffet but with little quality product. Summary: site for people from outside who do not know the authentic product of the area. Our opinion quality price is not worth it."

"Clean and comfortable hotel in Ribes. We only stayed for one night, but parking was easy and the staff were friendly upon check-in. Rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and we slept well. Restaurant was great and we would return again if in the area."

"It's a well-located hotel with great potential, but it has significant shortcomings. It has four floors with no elevator. There are no accessibility features for people with reduced mobility. The bathroom looks like it's from the 1950s. The decor is incoherent, with taxidermied animals mixed in with paintings and more modern objects (?), and TV and power cables running as close as possible to view. The restaurant is much the same; a French omelet sandwich was just a slice of bread with the omelet on the side. The only redeeming qualities are the friendliness of the staff and the fact that it was actually clean."

"Driving to Camprodon (from Girona Airport) this is the first building, at the roundabout, so it couldn't be easier to find. The front door is sometimes locked during the day but there's a keypad at the door. Best not expect to be 100% understood when talking English cos this is not the Costa Brava. My room was perfectly adequate - nothing to complain about, that's for sure. Breakfast probably how it's done round here but, by English standards . . . let's call it quirky (but the coffee is wonderful). Staff are very friendly but not all of us speak Cantalan so communications can be short and sweet. The exits from the roundabout lead into town (where parking isn't easy) or to places of scenic splendour, as we expect when in the Pyrenees."

"Excellent hotel in the heart of the Pirineus. The rooms are big, without noise and very confortable, with excellent views. The attention of the owners and the service makes you to feel very confortable. In relation with the meals, breakfeast is amazing, with a lot of products to choose (bread, fruit, coffee, natural juices), and for lunch and diner with typical dishes of the zone. It's very near to Camprodon and a few kilometers to France. A place to recommend if you want to have calm, fresh air and recover your soul."

"I was able to book a last minute birthday trip and I'm very happy Zoëtry Paraíso de la Bonita popped up as an option. It was an all inclusive trip. The hotel and grounds were easy to navigate. I booked a lovely suite with a terrace facing the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The spa and staff were nice also. Loved being spoiled for my birthday!!!"

"This was a great little hotel. We spent one night. Easy free parking. Nice clean room. We stayed in the accommodation a street up from the main hotel. Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was really good. The town is not a tourist hub. You walk across the bridge into the old town and it is gorgeous."

"This was our first stop on our trip west through the Pyrenees. It was such an enjoyable experience because of the outstanding desk staff. An Irish woman explained everything about the hotel and the wonderful view we had from our room. You can see it in the picture from the pool. The next morning Paula was very helpful with breakfast. Both went way beyond the usual desk help to express genuine interest in our trip and giving helpful insight. It was better than any Best Western greeting we have ever had and we have been staying at Best Western for more than 20 years. These two women made us feel very welcome and we want to give them both a big thank you🤗"

"Quiet hotel, simple but pleasant triple room. Well heated, with comfortable bedding. Blackout curtains would be appreciated. The walls are rather thin, allowing you to hear conversations from the next room, but good value for money. The elevator was a plus. I recommend this hotel."
