"Hello, my family and I spent a night at the Novotel in Setif, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff was indifferent, practically nonexistent. I felt invisible. A simple "hello" seemed like an unreasonable request. The elevator interior is damaged, and when it reaches the requested floor, the doors open before it has even fully stabilized. This is extremely dangerous, especially for young children. At breakfast time, around 9:00 a.m., I wanted to use the restroom on the ground floor to avoid going back up to my room. The state of the facilities was simply unacceptable: the sinks were dirty first thing in the morning, and there wasn't even any toilet paper. Also on the ground floor, in the men's area, there was indeed a restroom accessible to people with reduced mobility, but the wall tiles were broken, with a visible hole! As for the room... let's not even go there. I understand it's an affordable hotel, but there's a minimum standard to maintain! There were four of us, and only two sheets for all of us! The only positive aspect of our stay was that most of the breakfast seemed to be homemade (if the waiter was telling the truth). I hope the management will take my comments into account."
