The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

It’s a very nice luxury hotel, but I just can’t get excited about it. Check in and staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nicely furnished. On the other hand the beds are too hard for my liking and I forgot to ask for a change from feather pillows. The shower dripped making noise all night and breakfast service is at best OK. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and maybe I’m being a bit hard providing an average rating but at these prices you need to be a bit more than what the hotel is.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time , hotel in good location and long walk to centre, over cobbled streets . Thank you first to the great girls on the reception, they were more than helpful, always remembering our room key as the rooms are not numbered a long Spanish name .a friendly smile and most helpful. We ate in the tapas bar which was excellent, again friendly helpful staff who guided us through the menu , all very good . Breakfast all good , enough to choose, don’t expect a English breakfast, you are in Spain , plenty to choose cereal fruit yogurt cheeses, ham and croissants , good coffee and fresh juice. The girl who served breakfast was most helpful, we could not speak Spanish and she could not speak English, but we all understood each other and she was very nice and again helpful. Rooms a very Morocco decor huge tiled bath , windows that open, air con and a nice king size comfy bed . There is a jacuzzi on the roof we did not use it but a nice relaxing area in the season we were december and very pleasant warm weather. A unique hotel if you want mod cons it is not for you , yes a smell in the reception from the downstairs toilet, it’s Spain there plumbing left a bit to be desired all over Seville on all cafes and restaurants, and yes it was dark on the stairs in the day but it was lit at night , take the lift if you dint like the dark fir safety. All in all a very enjoyable time so thank you to all staff .

I thought it was an excellent hotel to spend a few days in Sevilla. Very clean and tastefully decorated. All has paint again. It is not too expensive, good quality-price relationship. It works through entry and exit codes, so you avoid being pendling the key. This hotel is magical. It's in the perfect location in Seville. The modest entrance does not prepare you for the beauty inside. From the tile in the lobby, to the antiques and exquisite metal work. The courtyard is about as peaceful as you will find. We stayed in a family suite for two nights. The main bedroom had pocket doors that closed. A perfect way for a family of 3 to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Mariam at the front desk was so very helpful. She explained the area and events with perfect English. We were there for the Holy Week and the processions were simply breathtaking to watch. We highly recommend this hotel and this stunning city.

Apartment confortable, you have everything you need to spend some days. Bed very confortable, apartment very clean. Only some points to be better: for me there are too much light, the curtains are not suitable, i couldnt sleep well for this reason. Another point, you can handle the temperature. I had a problem and I called to the telephone number (It was 7pm) they gave to me (bacause there were nobody at recepción) and nobody answered, so i couldn't be attended.
