It is said to be 33 square meters, but it actually looks like only a dozen square meters. My friend came here and wanted to book a good hotel. This one is more expensive than 1300. According to your review, the score is 4.3, so I believe you Ctrip. The result was disappointing, the window was small, the room was not as big as a motel, the parking lot was opposite, and I was given a parking card that didn't work. I went to the front desk three times and spent half an hour changing a new card before I got out of the parking lot. 👎

We stayed four nights, never got housekeeping even though we were told it would be every other day, had to switch out our own towels and ask them to replenish basic supplies like toilet paper. We asked housekeeping and they said they were busy with other big groups of guests. When we complained at front desk all we got was “we will look into it”

We stayed here for a concert, the front desk was very polite and friendly! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the view of the skating rink was fun! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place, but not the newest in the world. Starting to show its age in some areas. Elevators are frustrating; only one me goes to parking garage, though the other is most active (likely to open)

The room was clean but very dated. Blinds wouldn’t close all the way so the street lights shined in the room all night. There’s no fan in bathroom so everything fogs up when showering. It wasn’t mentioned that the height limit for the parking garage is 6’-3” and that there’s very limited parking other than that. My vehicle is taller than 6’-3” and I had trouble finding other parking.
