"Stayed 2 nights at Chimes Spa Retreat. It is located about 5 mins drive away from Denmark town centre. It is located next to a cow farm where you can see them grazing before you pull your vehicle in to the retreat. It has only 10 rooms. To avoid disappointment you are encouraged to book early. The rooms have been fully refurbished to cater to the most discerning travellers, with modern amenities and stylish deco, top with an oversized couple bathtub. The retreat has some parking facilities (complimentary), spa treatment, a pool (seems that it was closed during our visit) and some beautiful parrots which they will come to be fed early in the morning. The surrounding is peaceful and tranquil. A perfect getaway. "

"First time staying and hope to be back again. Lovely log cabin that is spacious, clean and has everthing you need. Comfortable bed and decent pillows. I might be mistaken but think it even had an electric blanket. Scottish couple - were we come from even the polar bears were scarves. We did use the electric blanket or need it. Very handy abd short drive to Denmark town. Excellent and look forward to coming again with our grand daughters (from polar bear land)."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The rooms are incredibly spacious and sparkling clean, providing a very comfortable environment to relax. The staff members are exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Another huge plus is the location—it’s absolutely excellent and close to everything, 5min by car from the town center. If you are looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and a prime location, this is it. It is definitely worth staying here"

I took a chance and made a reservation without any response and then had a very strange SMS exchange with the owner. So I cancelled and booked an alternative option. Denmark is worth visiting but 31 needs to improve its comms."

"I really didn't expect that I could book such a perfect place for more than 700 RMB! I thought it was a motel, but it felt like I was staying in a B&B! All kitchen utensils, pots and dishwashers are available, there is also a laundry room with washing machine, and a large living room. I really recommend it to everyone!"
