was a wonderful stay, loved how staff are hospital, food is nice, rooms are clean and cosy. I stayedfor a business already twice,in summer enjoyed the swimming pool on back side and the delicious breakfast in the terrace. fully recommended!!!

I would not stay here again. The first non smoking room we were allocated stank of stale cigarette smoke, despite being on a no smoking floor. The second room a few doors on, was slightly less smelly. The sheets were scratchy, the toilet seat was cracked in two places, there was a huge crack in the wash hand basin and cigarette burns in the bath. Shower in the morning was lukewarm. Breakfast was very limited, and dishes cold. Staff tried their best, despite an extremely tired hotel. It needs a full refurbishment. They tell you about WiFi in the rooms, forget it. Even when you are in reception it drops out, so in effect there is no WiFi.

Abbiamo utilizzato questa struttura solo come ristorante, per un pranzo veloce, nell’ambito di un viaggio organizzato. Il menu’ era prefissato e non si e’ discostato molto da quelli già più volte sperimentati nel corso della vacanza. Qualità complessiva quasi in linea con la media, servizio un po’ troppo serioso e no connessione wifi. Tre pallini, con un po’ di sforzo.

Hotel non all'altezza delle sue ambizioni. Lo scarico del bagno faceva quello che voleva lui, la piscina aveva un ottimo aspetto ma c'erano una serie di tombini e di vani di servizio scoperti e non segnalati, con il rischio di caderci dentro. In camera (matrimoniale) c'era il bollitore, ma solo una bustina per il tè, un solo cucchiaino e niente zucchero. La connessione WiFi di fatto era inesistente, anche in reception (l'unico hotel in Uzbekistan dove è stato impossibile chiamare casa).
