At that time, I was not satisfied with the surrounding hotels on Ctrip. Found this homestay by accident. very nice! The room is very comfortable, spacious and clean, with complete facilities and high cost performance. The boss is very warm and thoughtful, and also prepared children's books and board games for the children. It is also convenient to go to the planetarium by bus. It is a good choice for parent-child travel with children. The house is being renovated not long ago, and I cherish it when I move in. 房間打掃的很乾凈，佈置得也很温馨！很適合一家人出去遊玩居住！可以附近超市外賣訂點水餃之類的，裏面鍋碗瓢盆都有，可以自主燒點簡單的食物，小孩補充好充足營養，才能好好玩耍！

房間挺乾淨的，環境不錯，就是位置不是很容易找，如果入口處沒有門衞還可以。唯一的缺憾就是吃飯不是很方便，有很多的餐館還沒有開業。

✨[進入房間第一眼]進屋一看 兩室一廳的格局 乾淨清爽帶飄窗南北通透 空氣流通很不錯！相對於1.8的主卧，我更喜歡帶大飄窗的1.5次卧，空間更大，三大兩小，分開睡兩個房間，互不打擾更好，
🙋[對於房東，我想説]建議給主卧換個床墊，翻身的時候彈簧會響，馬桶稍微有點異味，
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]喜歡這個廁所 乾濕分離 帶洗衣機和烘乾機，對我們這種帶小朋友，一天換幾套衣服的人來説很實用！
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]周邊沒怎麼出去逛，但是基本的吃的 超市都有，滴水湖就過條馬路，天文館也在附近不遠，距離我們的目的地海昌海洋公園不遠，五公里樣子，因為那邊新區，車輛很少，所以十分鐘就到目的地了！最最最主要的是 停車費超便宜，小區地下停車場24小時才10塊！
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]設施都是最新的，看着剛裝修好沒多久，廁所這些地方沒有黴點，連隔斷門都沒有水垢，客廳還放了免費礦泉水！飄窗上有個小茶桌，喝喝下午茶很不錯

我們是兩個家庭帶着小朋友入住的，也是搜酒店時顯示有民宿，就好奇嘗試了一下。先説地點吧，沒來過的朋友可能會有點懵圈，因為整個片區人都不算多，還好導航到附近遇到一個保安大叔，一問竟然就是目的地😹小區是新建的，或者説剛交付不久的樣子，住户不多，還有裝修垃圾。但是小區環境不錯。整個民宿裝修風格簡單大方，很整潔，還有小孩子玩的東西，廚衞設備用品也很齊全。想自己做飯也很方便。我們是點的外賣，但是定位剛開始有點尷尬，因為找不到，跑去門口接的外賣。老闆人很客氣，我們連住兩天，非常滿意。

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜] 看起來是新開不久的民宿，與圖片展示非常相符。小區非常安靜，睡眠淺也能休息的很好。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提] 屋內超級乾淨、整潔！裝修很規矩，隨手拍都是美片。帶着長者孩子入住的，大家都很喜歡，挑不出任何毛病，非要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話…房東請考慮換一個好點的投影儀，現在這個亮度不太夠也有點不清楚 （*≧▽≦）
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説] 距離中國航海博物館很近，溜溜達達就可以去，離湖邊也很近，去天文館打車11-12塊就到了，挺方便的！
