Orange Hotel (Shanghai Wanhui International Plaza)

I forgot to take pictures inside, but I'd recommend staying on a higher floor. There was some renovation noise on the 2nd floor, but otherwise, it was good. There's a desk perfect for studying, and the laundry room is great – not crowded, and my clothes came out smelling wonderful!

I've stayed at Orange hotels on previous trips, so when I saw one available for this journey, I booked it right away. Just like my previous experiences, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The service was great. Downstairs, there's a small commercial area with a variety of dining options.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't great; it took a long time to warm up and was a bit noisy. Everything else was pretty good, though.

All the amenities functioned perfectly. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The environment was excellent, the service was attentive, and they even offered robot service. It was a wonderful experience.

Service: The staff provides excellent service all around. Everyone greets guests warmly, and all the front desk attendants are super friendly and helpful.
