We are old customers. This is our first time here after the Spring Festival. We noticed some changes. We need to get coupons for breakfast, and my favorite meat buns are no longer available. I hope there will be meat buns in the future.

The room is very clean, and the breakfast is not too varied, but the taste is pretty good. It is run with care. The room also has a small balcony. good. It's also very convenient to have food and other things nearby. There is also a shuttle bus.

There is a McDonald's and Luckin restaurant downstairs, and the prices are very affordable. There is also a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, and the lady at the front desk is very gentle. I will choose this hotel next time I come here

It smells terrible (similar to the stench of sewers)! ! I stayed at 412 for two nights. On the first night, there was just a smell in the corridor and in the room. Because I arrived very late on the first day, and I got up early the next day to go to Disneyland, I didn’t pay much attention to it. Maybe it's the smell from the recent rain. I came back from Disney very late the next day and got to the room around 23:30 to 24:00. When I swiped my card at the door of the room, I still smelled a bad smell. At this time, the key card couldn't be swiped, so I went downstairs to get the key card. Then I told the guy at the front desk about the smell. He said he was off work now and would check in tomorrow. Report this issue (I didn’t come up to smell it, and I didn’t ask to change rooms). Anyone who has been to Disney knows that I am really tired at the end of the day. After washing up, I went straight to bed (the room and corridors still smelled at this time) until I was woken up by the stench at 5:30 in the morning. The whole room smelled extremely bad. My clothes and backpack were all stained with smell. After contacting the guy at the front desk, he still didn’t offer to change rooms or provide a solution. I asked for aromatherapy and the like, and said he only had air fresheners. I thought that would be fine, so I asked him to bring it up and feel the smell of the room, otherwise it would be empty talk. No proof. When he came up and smelled the smell of my room, his whole face wrinkled up and he was directly affected by the smell. He said that he would definitely give me an answer when the boss got to work. I said that I would check out in the afternoon, and he said don't worry and will definitely give me an answer before checking out. He gave me a satisfactory answer and also said that a regular guest had stayed in this room before and that it might be his problem. Until I checked out around 13:40, no one took the initiative to contact me (the door to the room on the left was open after I left the room, and there was cleaning, and it had the same smell as 412). When I went to the front desk to give me my room card, , the front desk has been replaced, and it's not that guy. I didn’t want to worry about it anymore. After I returned home today, the odor in the suitcase and clothes still lingered. Even after washing, the odor still lingered. I was really convinced! Then just leave a negative review, don't criticize, I'm also right if I criticize you.

The design is very good, the details are in place, free parking, and the breakfast is cost-effective. It’s just that the mattress is not very comfortable😇
