這次入住體驗非常好，老闆服務態度很好熱心解決問題，民宿近地鐵站非常方便，露台可以晾曬衣物還可以體驗户外曬太陽喝茶的樂趣，非常不錯的一間民宿，會給朋友介紹，下次來上海繼續入住。
就是忘記拍圖片了，可參考宣傳照。

酒店感覺沒有人維護的樣子，外面的陽台是蠻漂亮的（如果有人維護的話），我到的時候陽台也是臟臟的，如果是乾淨的，夏天朋友們一起喝點酒吃點串還是很舒服的，房間內的設施一言難盡，衹能説是勉強湊合吧，廁所真的很小，高個子真的很難坐下來甚至

🙋[對於房東，我想説]露台是一大亮點，可惜天太冷了，如果天熱在上面喝喝咖啡，擼擼串，和朋友侃侃大山一定很有意思。

📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]跟着房東發的導航走引到背面去了，第一次去可能不太熟。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]很小，特別是廁所，洗澡的確不方便，不過價格在那裡。空調製熱不太強，也可能是房間漏風，被子有點薄了。

麻雀雖小五臟俱全，性價比超高的，一出門就是天台，很舒適，，白天曬太陽，晚上約三五好友，甚是愜意，還會再來

房間很簡陋，牆皮都掉了，房間離圖片的差距很大，就像是70、80年代的招待所，連非常普通的連鎖都比不上。衞生條件非常堪憂，傢俱上有灰，被褥摸上去也不清爽，像是沒有換過的，但是抵不住店家嘴硬，到了現場不太滿意想退訂，店家説要扣30%的費用，非常的不合理，店家用這種態度倒逼我們不能正常做選擇。懇請攜程在事後主持公道。這麼差的房間，衞生設施不達標，平台也有一定的責任。

沒見過這麼爛的酒店，住的一肚子火，電話與登記的不符，民宿名字與登記的不符，找也找不到，好不容易找到了，房間還出奇的爛，衞生都沒搞過，農民工住的都比這個好
