酒店位置很好，離地鐵也不算太遠，周邊都有共享單車，酒店性價比很高，在這個寸土寸金的上海，這個價位已經很難找到了，小度小度還能為你服務，幫你開關窗簾，開關燈等，挺好玩的哈哈，智能馬桶高級！其他的看圖！總之非常滿意！

房間的地理位置還算不錯。房間也是比較好的，這次入住很滿意！前台還給我升級了，這個價格住到性價比還是挺高的！希望下次有機會再去…多做做活動！退房按金退的有些慢，其他還行！希望能有早餐提供…

因個人原因，入住時間填錯提前一天，到店時前台告知已過期（攜程已扣款）。與前台説明後，同意免費推後入住。入住後，前台通知，店長不同意，要求補房費一天。為此，提出幾點疑義：1、訂單從6月12日17：25下單開始至13日12：30未見酒店聯繫電話來確認入住訊息，在未入住的情況下，攜程即予以扣費。2、因手機誤操作的情況是大家都可能有的，為何攜程、酒店在訂單明顯異常的情況下，沒有給予必要的提醒？3、要求前台聯繫店長，予以直接説明，一直未得到店長的同意，刻意迴避？4、暫時入住的房間“尿臭味奇重”，衞生、設備狀況可想而知。5、攜程客服從顧客角度出發，多次協商酒店，酒店店長仍不予理睬，實為“顧客至上”之宗旨的體現？

因為要去南浦坐車去海島選的這。加錢升級了有窗的房間。房間挺乾淨的。全智能。但是晚上睡覺前關了燈。睡着覺的不知道咋回事燈自己全亮。跟前台反映了説是之前沒有這種情況。但是不影響，把小度拔了就好了。還是很不錯的

房間和圖片一致 ，裝修風格很喜歡 ，各種設施佈置精美 ，衞生very乾淨 ,入住放心，周邊交通出行方便 。隔音好 ，空調舒服智能，有一整晚都睡得很安穩，酒店前台小姐姐很温柔，這邊離外灘很近可以很快出去玩，這次旅途很愉快，下次還會選擇這家酒店
