Choosing this homestay is that I saw a lot of friends who stayed in gave a very good evaluation feedback My boyfriend and I stayed at around 15:00 on the 17th. The landlord was very enthusiastic. He waited for us nearby very early. As soon as we entered the door, he gave me shoes and explained to us that the water in the refrigerator could be drunk. The oranges on the table could be eaten. It was also very intimate to open the heating for us, and the room also opened the ventilation for us. I ordered a fragrance and focused on a warm service Talk about the environment, the bathroom is really super clean, the floor is glowing, it is not an exaggeration, sitting on the sofa can also see the eucalyptus outside the balcony, very comfortable, sitting on the carpet blowing heating, watching the favorite movie, really comfortable, my boyfriend craftsmanship still wants to stay for one night, But the second night was also booked haha ~ When we came over, we also packed some food. There is also a microwave oven here, which is super convenient ~ Let me talk about the small shortcomings. When I first came, the landlord was afraid that we would be cold to help us turn on the heating. The doors and windows of the room were closed. The bathroom had a little smell. However, when I went to the concert in the afternoon, I turned off the heating and the doors and windows were all open. When I came back at night, there was no one. My boyfriend sleeps lightly, and he wakes up as soon as there is movement. We slept for one night. When it was almost dawn, the sound of a big car passing by was more obvious. Other sounds really couldn't be heard. Finally, I would like to praise the landlord, who is really handsome and tasteful, and must love life very much! I will choose here next time I need it. To be honest, this location and this environment, the landlord’s price is really conscience. I hope that the landlord’s homestay business will get better and better. ~

This homestay is one of the surprises of this trip to Shanghai! The cost performance is beyond my imagination, mainly reflected in such a few points: 1. 1⃣️ 10 minutes away from Metro [Zhongshan Park] 2/3/4 Line, and there are 3 convenience stores & Raffles & Dragon Dream along the way;. 2⃣️ The house is in the community but not facing the street. The neighbors upstairs and downstairs are so high that there is no noise. I am particularly sensitive to noise and feel very quiet when I live here. 3⃣️ The house has an aunt to clean it, it is very clean, shampoo and moisturizer are L'Occitane, the paper towels are Debao, and the toilet paper should be too;. 4⃣️ The little brother who manages the house is designed. The house is decorated in a stylish manner. There are many small details in the house, such as roses in the hall and plants in various corners, full-length mirrors, aromatherapy in the bedroom, spherical table lamps, wooden coffee tables, geometric elements carpets, etc., which are particularly warm. Very homey~ The balcony is simply my dream balcony, I can read books and enjoy tea, don’t be too comfortable~

A nicely situated hotel off Changning Road. The superior room was spacious, nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The only thing that disrupted our sleep was children running and up down the hallway screaming at 11pm. Once we informed the desk about this it was very quiet. The restaurant downstairs has a good range of dishes at reasonable prices. We didn’t try the breakfast at 32rmb each as the bakery around the corner had great coffee and pastries. The hotel stored our luggage for a few hours and we are pleased with the overall service of this hotel.
