設施：不錯，房間很大，洗浴間和廁所是獨立的
服務：服務很周到，還會送牛奶到房間
環境：房間有個小陽台，環境安靜優美，晚上還能在公園散步
衞生：至少沒有發現不衞生情況

我們選擇的房間價位估計是最低的，所以被分配到6號樓，相對8號樓新樓，6號樓離前台近，但是設施的確很老舊。
1. 床單被套有一股微微的黴味
2. 迷你吧的冰箱很臟，找了客房服務給擦乾淨了
3. 房間裏的燈控有一些是壞的，夜燈已壞，夜間起床上廁所很不方便
4.早餐的選擇不能算很豐富，如果選擇價位高的，我覺得也對不起這個價格
5.地下車庫沒有直達酒店，還得自己走上來
6.健身房和游泳池都需要額外付費，這個無法接受
户外的環境還可以，旁邊就是公園，可以繞湖健跑。還有餐廳旁邊有孔雀和天鵝，適合孩子觀賞
但是如果打着五星酒店，就有點名不副實了。價格如果下來了，我覺得也就不會有太大期望了

服務：辦理好入住，大廳帥哥直接到我到房間，可能是我的房間裏的比較遠，足足走了4分鐘才到
衞生：房間乾淨整潔明亮，早餐也不錯
設施：房間整體設施還不錯，房間窗户很大視野不錯，但是看不到湖，這個有點失落。

酒店設施成舊，但8號樓重新裝修過了，是一個標準的五星級酒店，服務員非常的熱情，由於第一次住，接待小姐會主動帶你去房間，環境敍適，安靜，邊上就是龍潭湖。該酒店像“人民的名義”電視劇裏，“山水集團”辦公賓館。哈哈！
酒店裡還有觀嘗的孔雀，天鵝等等小動物。早餐品種較多，較好。
晚餐就不要在酒店裡用了。

老牌國賓館環境優雅，新改造的8號樓設施不錯，電動窗簾、衞生間乾濕分離，小露台外面對着的是一片草坪。早餐品種也比較豐富，免費接送站服務是特色。自帶的茶吧非常不錯，每桌配年輕貌美的茶藝師，特別點贊4月1號下午2、3點間為我們服務的小仙女，古典嫻雅善解人意，工作間隙也不刷手機，安安靜靜地坐在一邊練字，契合酒店文化內涵。稍有欠缺的是客房服務人手不足，夜間當班衹有兩個人要管幾幢樓，總體推薦！

沒有現場照片，酒店位置很好，幽靜，服務態度真的很好，一直送行李到房間門口，房間乾淨衞生，唯一遺憾的就是第二天的自助早餐，很多餐點已經沒有了，沒有及時補充，另外餐桌無人清理，無法入座就餐，估計與春節期間人手不足有關。
停車很方便，建議安裝幾個新能源車充電樁，電車已經是趨勢了。

🚗 交通：在市中心，離高鐵站和機場有10公里，大約20分鐘車程。高鐵站有免費接送服務，很贊
🍃環境： 酒店坐落在龍潭湖公園邊，依湖而建。

🔔服務：服務真的要給5星好評。從進門幫忙拎行李，及時端上熱茶毛巾。一直送到了房間，服務熱情到位，預約送高鐵站，準時到達，不耽誤後續行程

挺好的酒店，帶個漂亮的大陽台，房間也還不錯。早餐味道也很好。開始説缺點，早餐的環境可以改善，比如桌椅改雙人桌而不是圓枱麪，燈光偏暗。房卡忘在了餐桌，前台讓我自己回去拿，沒有的話罰錢。（結果是在我要求下打了餐廳電話送來了）前台要求是合理的，畢竟是客人自己的問題。但如此冷冰冰的回覆説明人是沒有價值的，完全可以使用機器人來代替人工。
