About nearby attractions: Before we went out to play, we were actually afraid of being ripped off. But the boss's brother driver was not at all. He chatted along the way and answered all our questions one by one. He told us where we wanted to play on the way and he would stop the car. A very simple brother About the B&B: As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the scenery in front of me .All facilities are complete and very comfortable. When you lie on the bed to rest, turn on the projector and play some music. When you open your eyes, you will see grasslands, horses, and snow-capped mountains. It is a paradise for the eyes. About the boss and the waiter: We came back from playing outside. We chatted and drank with the boss. The boss, Brother Xie, is a very good person. He made tea for us. Sitting together is as kind as an elder brother and as comfortable as friends. The guy who grilled and cooked also made it delicious. He would carefully ask about our appetite. Summary: If I go to Shangri-La Napahai again, this is still my first choice. I hope the B&B business is prosperous and the people in the B&B are happy.

A business car picked me up after I got off the plane. When I arrived at the hotel, I saw a particularly good view of the mountains, grass, horses, cattle and lakes. I also had afternoon tea, coffee and dessert. Dinner was roasted chicken and yak meat. The breakfast was amazingly rich. The room was fully equipped with heating, oxygen and humidifier. Because it is a new hotel, I have compared the prices on various platforms. Compared with other manors, it is really half the price. I have stayed in the same level, such as Shili Snow Mountain, and the service is really much better. The boss also upgraded the room for free. The hygiene and supporting facilities are very clean. Oxygen is provided at night, so there is no need to worry about hypoxia and altitude sickness. There is an elevator on the fourth floor. You can have a meal in the restaurant on the first floor and see the Napahai grassland and the snow-capped mountains opposite. The experience is full. Lunch is also served in the hotel. The boss said that there is barbecue to order in the evening. The cafe on the second floor opposite the accommodation building has been upgraded. The hotel is very good and provides pick-up and drop-off. I will come again next time.

It is a newly opened homestay. We took the initiative to contact whether we needed a car to pick us up on the day of check-in. The driver was very enthusiastic. After we were dropped off at the homestay, the staff also enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage to welcome us to check in, and also gave us Hada and fruit slices for check-in. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had an unbeatable view. The stir-fry in the kitchen at night was also very appetizing, and there was goodnight milk. The next day, the driver also sent us to the high-speed rail station and gave us souvenirs. All the brothers and sisters here are very nice and full of surprises. I highly recommend it!

Unparalleled satisfaction!!! I really think this B&B is worth the money!!! The 1000 environment only costs 500 or 600 yuan. The rooms have floor heating, large French windows, and 6 or 7 bottles of water + various drinks. The hair dryer is from Dyson, and the cleanliness of towels and other things is comparable to that of the five-star hotels I usually stay in. Moreover, the owner of the B&B has a large ranch downstairs of the B&B, where you can go for a stroll and take pictures. Even if you only stay for one night, the owner will provide a warm pick-up service! A gift was also given when I left. I really think that the service is up to the standard of many star-rated hotel butler services. It is definitely a B&B you will not regret staying in. Let me talk about the best place I think. At around 9 o'clock in the evening, the owner of the B&B will bring a waiter to deliver goodnight milk. This is the first time I have encountered this after staying in so many hotels and B&Bs. I didn’t get a good rest at the Shangri-La Hilton the night before. Maybe I had just arrived in Shangri-La and had not adapted to the altitude and had a slight altitude sickness. When the owner of this B&B came to deliver the goodnight milk, he asked us how high the floor heating was and suggested that we turn it to 21 degrees, saying that turning it too high would cause altitude sickness. I just realized that the reason I had altitude sickness at the Hilton on my first night was because I turned on the central air conditioner at 27 degrees.

Service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. Everyone was very kind, they gave us a lot of food. At night when I was eating hot pot and choked on the spicy food, a nearby employee saw that and gave us 2 bottles of coconut milk, and it was completely free. The rooms are very clean, modern appliances, and the surrounding landscape is also wonderful. If you want to see Napahai, everyone please come to this hotel, I had a great time here ❤️

The room is very modernly decorated. I especially like the large French window. You can see the grassland and snow-capped mountains at a glance. The a**osphere is amazing!!! It has its own cafe and kitchen. The chefs here cook delicious food!!! The cafe on the second floor is super photogenic. Ladies who like taking photos must not miss it. The hotel staff are very nice. They gave us souvenirs when we left🥹It really feels like home. The scenery of Shangri-La is not the most beautiful now. I will choose this store next time I come. I heard that they are going to raise alpacas and lambs. I look forward to it!!!
