The heater are able to keep the room warm although the outside temperature is low. The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient. For the high tea, there are enough variety of food (walnut, sweet potato, biscuits) to eat while drinking the tea.

We have gotten the suite, which comprised a king sized and queen sized beds. The room was spacious equipped with advanced tech such as xiaomi (akin to Siri/Google assistant) to control lighting and curtains. It’s a pity that the room comes with only one toilet and one bathing area though a jacuzzi is also available along the two connecting rooms. Room was clean and pillow was fluffy. Service was reasonable as we extended our stay. The hotel team helped to carry our luggage to the another room. Though the website did state complimentary transit services from hotel to station and vice versa, it was not offered to us. But during arrival, because our cab took us to the wrong hotel, they took effort to pick us from the wrong hotel to the right hotel. Of course, its pet dog is a magnet to customer. Overall, the stay was pleasant and I recommend to potential customers coming to ShangriLa.

The hotel is really great and nice. The service is very good and nice as well. They full filed our expectation very well. Location very strategy to town area.

Overall, a quiet stay away from the guzheng. However, concierge is not 24/7, after 12 midnight they will response via WeChat which maybe not ideal if need 24/7 service.

Average homestay. Walking distance to an ancient town with plenty of cafes.
