Great stay. Very warm welcome by Reception staff. Mgr Vicky, english-spoken, was excellent in helping for a quick tour by taxi to nearby Bezeklik buddha mountains and the Tuqu village. Noodle soup station is good for breakfast. Hotel installations are top.

萬洲樓蘭大酒店地處縣城中心地帶，酒店檔次很高，設施服務都到位，酒店業務很火，車位都很難找，但畢竟能放下。酒店南側就是樓蘭古街，吃點當地風味還是可以的。

1.還是冬天，房間裏沒有暖氣，空調不能制熱，房間裏特別冷，客房服務來給我們解釋是空調不制熱是因為酒店整體沒有燒。就很無語空調的工作原理應該不是暖氣的制熱原理吧。我們跟工作人員理論，説空調不用燒吧，如果是他這個解釋，夏天空調怎麼用？他給我們的解釋居然還是要整體燒。就很無語。2.客房電視也是壞的。3.淋浴頭也是壞的，水到處亂呲，就是不往身上淋。4.客房中的吹風機也不知道是多少年前的，頭髮吹半天也吹不幹還賊燙，頭皮都要吹乾了。

其他都還行，早餐一般新疆酒店都是到10點半，這邊十點，關鍵9點50過去沒有菜也不加，問服務員回答就是要閉餐了。好幾個客人過去吃飯，沒有到10點酒店是不是該做好服務？下次不會再選擇這個酒店了。
