Traveling to Chaoshan with my parents, I chose this apar**ent in Shantou Station. Fair evaluation: The service attitude is very good, I am very satisfied. Respond to requests, be considerate of elders, and give priority to others. The originally booked room was unable to be checked in due to facility issues, but the customer service manager immediately gave us three upgraded room types to choose from. Complimentary breakfast and evening desserts are provided every day. The hotel has a good location. It is very convenient to take a taxi and is located in the city center. But the disadvantage is that the facilities are not well maintained, either here or there. Also, the hotel's showers use electricity, so the family cannot take continuous showers and enjoy the shower process because they are always worried about running out of hot water. There is also the fact that the hotel's air conditioning is central air conditioning, which requires management and control by the property management building and cannot be used freely (of course these are objective reasons). But for me, the criteria for choosing a hotel include location, 24-hour continuous hot water supply, practical and preferably smart or newer facilities, comfortable bedding, and a clean and tidy environment. These are very important to me. Because when traveling, the hotel's bedding, environmental sanitation, and whether there is sufficient hot water for showers at all times are the best warm guarantees for every friend who travels. I sincerely hope that your store can improve one by one by taking advantage of its location, subsequent upgrades of facilities and good maintenance. The location of the apar**ent is very good. It is in Chicony Plaza, in the center, Suning Plaza and Vientiane City are nearby, and it is also close to the seaside. The apar**ent is very clean and the space is large, and the decoration style is very small and clear. Our room is on the top floor, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, with a superb view and a direct view of the sea. There is also a projector, you can order barbecue food, close the curtains, and you can watch variety shows or movies beautifully. The fly in the oin**ent is that the air conditioner is a bit loud and smells a bit when exhausting. But overall are very satisfied~

A very pleasant and satisfying stay, the apar**ent is strategically located, the shopping mall downstairs, the transportation is very convenient, the interior design style is simple and European, the supporting facilities are very complete, and the sanitation is clean! There is also a free open-air parking lot downstairs, the environment is very good, it is close to the sea, the landlord is very good, the reply is timely and responsive! Next time I come to Shantou, I will definitely choose to stay here! 👍

Staying for the second time, the environmental facilities are very good, but false publicity and bad customer reviews. One: All room types have a late check-out label, but the guest who wants to check in before 2 o’clock refuses to redeem my points for late check-out. In the end, I said to see other hotels, and the customer service reluctantly agreed to redeem it. Second: There is a problem with the projector in the room and it cannot be used. Send a message to the customer service (the time is indeed a bit late and more than one in the morning), but no one will reply to the check-out the next day.

The transportation is very convenient. Suning and Vientiane City are next to it. It is quite convenient to eat and go shopping. Standing by the window, you can see Guanhai Road. The bed is suitable and equipped with complete supplies. It is worth living again next time.

酒店特別適合帶兩個孩子出行的家庭，兩張1.8米的床，一家人可以休息的很舒服，圖片跟實際一致，客服對於停車和服務等注意事項説明的非常清晰，酒店地理位置優越，交通方便，旁邊就是萬象城，離其他景點、海邊步道和龍眼南路美食街都很近，非常推薦哦….

公寓位置很好，在最繁華的商區，步行到萬象城很近，服務的話微信聯繫管家，有早餐和晚間甜品，按需提供。 住了幾天我們也沒需要打掃衞生，所以其他的服務也沒體會到。 總的挺適合親子和朋友出行

地理位置很好，後面就是萬象城購物廣場。去龍眼南路也衹用步行15分鐘左右，去吳記富苑也衹用步行20分鐘，都可以吃完溜達了回來正好消消食。已經是第二次入住了，比上次感受更好。入住前最好提前聯繫客服加微信，有什麼需求都可以和他們聯繫溝通，回覆也很及時。這次入住中雖然出了一些小問題，但是客服的解決很及時。下次再來還會是我的首選。
