提前聯繫了店家，加客服微信辦理入住！速度很快，也非常熱情，房間也配備了一次性毛巾和浴巾，很乾凈用的很放心，而且離小公園也很近，打車也就十多塊錢的，小區樓下路口也有很多家小吃攤，喜歡吃小吃多朋友們有口福啦！叫外賣也非常方便呢！小區環境很好，晚上住着也很安靜，隔音也挺好的！而且小區樓下有門禁，給人一種很安全的感覺，一共住了三天，客服每天都會問需不需要打掃衞生！真的很細節了，服務很到位！這次出門很開心了！

衞生做的很好，沒有異味，乾淨整潔，環境也很好，出行特別方便，距離萬象城也很近，小公園也特別好玩，很有民國的那種風情！陽光明媚，空氣清新，心情棒棒噠！枕頭是那種乳膠記憶枕，睡的超級舒服！服務態度也很好，基本上我的要求都能滿足，不錯不錯！我很滿意，強烈推薦哦！[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

1.入住當天兑換了提前入住權益，店家還是在房間退出來的第一時間安排了，但是進房間後床邊發現有計生用品的包裝袋。
2.空調無法正常運行，客服還要我下載軟件去解決而不是上門解決問題，再者還去問上一個客人空調是否能使用？這不應該在做衞生的時候去檢查嗎？
3.由於是複式，樓上層高較矮，床邊有個角站起來直接撞破皮長了一個大包，客服竟反過來問是不是身高很高？？但這裏的安全措施沒做好，並且摸起來不是第一次有人撞到！建議加個防撞！
最後，客服的態度還行，就是解決能力欠缺，出現問題都是在推脱，管理存在很大問題！

這個公寓那都是相當不錯的，連住了幾天，複式公的寓，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，睡眠環境也很舒適！尤其是一張大茶桌，喝茶聊天太舒服太喜歡了！還有大榻榻米，又軟又舒服，愛了愛了！

房間有一次性的浴巾，這點好評，停車也方便，自駕的話可以考慮一下，就是停車費有點貴。不過外面有免費的，圖方便就直接停地下停車場了。
