缺點:
1.不適合175以上的人入住，要彎腰。
2.公寓門是的暗鎖是壞的，對很害怕安全或衹有一人入住的請注意。
3.空調聲音很吵，無論調什麼温度什麼模式，空調的風都是一陣一陣的，就在床旁邊。
4.在去哪兒頁面寫了免按金入住，但入住當天房東加我微信要付款200元按金，還以為遇到了騙子，嚇死我了！
優點:
1.離高鐵站挺近的，到哪裡都挺近的，打車15元以內。
2.附近外賣很多，推薦合順牛肉的嫩牛肉蟹黃麪，貴賓牛肉的牛筋丸，濤記水果，綠豆爽等。我覺得瑞嬌嘛嘛的生醃叫外賣不好吃！
3.很靠近商業區，晚上可以逛逛吃晚飯。
4.裝修不錯，有冰箱，買了好吃的可以放！床比較硬，枕頭太軟，衹有一床被子。電視可以投屏，就是沒有app會員。

房子所處位置是市中心，周邊三大綜合體，太方便了。屋子也乾淨，配套的用品都齊全，而且一下樓有個超大的公共免費停車場，nice👍樓下還有圖書館，笑死，直接封神好吧！住的高，空氣又好，窩在裏面打一天王者，爽歪歪啊！粉色控集合！！！熬夜黨住簡直就是yyds！！！

房子很乾凈衞生，擺設也漂亮温馨，看得出房東很用心，連馬桶🚽也是全新乾淨的，標牌都沒撕開，附近交通便利方便，我們在樓下隨時就能叫車或掃共享單車，到汕頭市區閑逛，去幾個大商城都近，下雨天要去樓下的商場，穿過車庫就到，不用帶傘淋雨，及其方便，更讓人驚喜的是，樓下商場有家不用排隊的喜茶，下次來汕還得繼續在這家入住

寫房子環境舒適，衞生乾淨，去萬象城吃飯逛街走路就能到，還有網紅小吳腸粉，過條街就到了[偷笑]，還有汕頭這兩天下大雨🌧️，民宿裏有帶烘乾洗衣機，幫了大忙，不然衣服洗了怎麼晾都不幹[偷笑]
