The location is good. There is a subway entrance nearby. You can eat and play in Wanda. There is a free parking lot and an underground paid parking lot. You can park at night from 7pm to 7am on the roadside. The boss is very nice and you can also bring your dog.

地理位置真的好，樓下巷口走出去就是地鐵站，
旁邊就是商場，跟文化園區，樓下還有便利店，
生活機能完善，還有夜市可逛，
房間有缺什麼，房東都會幫忙補上，態度真的超好！
有什麼需要幫忙的都會給予幫助❤️
雖然樓下大樓跟樓梯間會嚇一跳，
但整體安全，女生自己入住也能安心，
房間也乾淨，有對外通風窗，採光很好，
電影屏幕效果也很棒！
沙發很好坐，舒服😌
雖然床有點硬房東也會加墊子讓床變軟！
隔音沒有很好，9點多還是聽的到外面商場的聲音，
但晚上10點後周圍環境都很安靜！
其他房客也都很安靜，可以安穩入睡！

房間很舒適，周圍吃的特別多，樓層也安靜，老闆人也特別好😊家庭出遊的第一選擇，就是入住的時候可以提前給老闆説一下是有幾個人，長者住還是孩子，避免不必要的尷尬😊。

民宿設計很有心，地理位置優越，步行去宜家就行，就是附近停車貴，免費的找不到，違章的不敢停，收費的一小時五元，住一天停車花了六十，核心區域在所難免吧

年前出差選的這家民宿酒店，訂的房間和圖片一樣，不是隨機房這點很好，屋內乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，拎包即住，投影非常棒，很清晰無雜音超大屏幕，樓下交通便利，地鐵就在樓下太方便了！樓下是萬達吃喝玩樂也很方便！出差遊玩選擇這家民宿是非常不錯的選擇！
