Just reviewed it. I booked two rooms and stayed for three nights. The front desk service awareness was not strong, but everything else was ok.

The hotel is located in Zhongjie, which is convenient for transportation. It is very close to the subway station and there are many delicious foods around. The hotel room is quite satisfactory, the service is good, and the breakfast tastes very good. I will choose it again next time.

This is my first time to give a negative review to a hotel. Apart from the location in Zhongjie, there is no need to choose anything. The service attitude is very poor. The sofa in the hotel room is very dirty and the bed sheets and quilts are old and have black spots. The actual situation of the hotel room is very different from the pictures on Ctrip. The room, which is more than 30 square meters, is not that big at all, and the room environment is also much worse. I went to ask the hotel manager why the room is different from the pictures I saw. It's so big, the manager ignored me and asked who should put the photos or not of the most beautiful room... A room that usually costs more than 180 yuan will cost more than 600 when booked around April 10th. The fifth most popular hotel in Shenyang has this kind of environment and service, which I didn't expect.

Then I took the room card and opened the door of 820. It couldn't be opened. I went downstairs to the front desk to re-swipe it. When I came back up, it still couldn't be opened. It said it was degaussed. Ask the staff to open it. I was alone again, then I entered the house, then turned off the heating, turned it on to the maximum wind, and the maximum temperature, but it was still not hot, and I froze to death. Because I was too sleepy and tired, I fell asleep. At 8 o'clock the next day, the sound of the electric drill started. I suspected that I was being targeted. I called the front desk to change the room and said that I could check out late at 3 or 4 o'clock. I thank you, but what's the use? I checked out after 12 o'clock. This hotel has been getting worse and worse after staying so many times. When checking in, the front desk upgraded the room type and told me to give it a good review! I really can’t give you such a good review. My blood pressure is now over 190. The only good review is the lady at the front desk who gave me the room card on the 19th (she gave me my hair, she was very cute, she had a good attitude, she apologized, etc.)

What a great location. The hotel is within a minute's walk from the station. It faces Zhongjia, so you can easily eat and shop, and the Forbidden City is within walking distance for easy sightseeing. The room was spacious and well-cleaned. There were no problems with the heating, and it was a very warm room. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided in the shower room, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hair dryer was easy to use, as you could adjust the airflow and temperature.
