Chateau Star River Shenyang

Stayed for 3 consecutive nights. There were 2 small episodes in the first two days. One was the hardware problem of the room, and the other was that some staff members were not professional enough. However, it was properly resolved after coordination with the hotel leaders and other staff. The overall environment is good. There is a swimming pool and a gym, but I didn't have time to experience them this time because my schedule was full. In addition, the pillows in the room were not comfortable enough. I asked the front desk for buckwheat pillows several times for three nights, but there were none. It seems that the spare pillows are indeed not enough, which affects the sleep quality a bit! I look forward to improvements in the later period. I look forward to a richer variety of breakfast. I look forward to the overall service quality to be improved in the future, so that more guests who stay in the hotel will be affirmed and recommended! The overall experience is good!

The room is spacious and clean, with complete facilities and rich breakfast. The waiter will make me a cup of iced American coffee every day. It is convenient to take a taxi. It is a little far from the city, but it is not a big problem. It is a cost-effective hotel with high-quality services.

Overall, the room and service exceeded my expectations. The parking garage is a bit far from the lobby and upstairs. The breakfast needs to be improved. The toothbrushes and slippers specially prepared for the children are quite thoughtful.

They actually put the child's underwear on the ground for me to take pictures, and then they argued that it was a bay window. Even if it was a "bay window", it is not a place to step on. A five-star hotel actually has such service. It's really unbelievable. I don't want to say anything else.
