Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

The twin beds are spacious enough. The twin beds are bigger than other hotels, the air conditioner works well, and the room service is prompt. The lobby manager ~ Xiaomei also contacted and communicated in time, and all the services I needed were provided in time. The variety and taste of the breakfast buffet are very good, and the children enjoyed it very much. There are quite a lot of meetings in the building. I will stay here next time I come back. It has excellent access to the Forbidden City and the downtown area, about a 5-minute walk, and is close to a subway station, so the surrounding area is bright, so even though I was traveling alone as a woman, I was able to have fun until late at night. The people at the hostel were kind and helped me in many ways. The rooms are clean. It's a small thing, but since there was only one light in the room, it was either pitch black or very bright, so I would have been happier if the bedside light could be turned on. It only takes 5 minutes to reach the local hotel, which is convenient. I cut the old board, and other people helped me travel. I am very grateful. The room is also dry. Stayed for three days. The lady on the night shift at the front desk was enthusiastic. The room was cleaned up very clean. The newly opened shopkeeper made a clean and stylish layout. The location is good. It’s a 5-minute walk from Exit A of the Qingnian Street subway station. The wifi is fast and the TV can be casted. There are a lot of delicious food near the supermarket on the left side of the door. During the three days of staying here, I personally feel that the water valve sealing rubber ring in the wash room on the first floor should not be installed properly. When the valve is opened, the sound is loud and can be heard in the room. It is recommended to replace it.

I came out to play alone and came to live in the Youth Hostel. In other words, this is my first time living in the Youth Hostel. Living in a boutique two people, the only drawback is that the ladder on the upper and lower bunks is a bit difficult to climb up and down, the roommates are long-term, the people are very friendly. The store is relatively clean, there is a public area on the first floor, and there is a vending machine on the second floor. It is very convenient to buy and drink shampoo. The transportation is also convenient nearby, and you can take Line 2 directly to the Liaoning Provincial Museum. The front desk lady is more familiar, recommend me a few places to eat, but I don't have enough time hahaha, next time~
