Intercity Shenzhen exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's modern facilities and comfortable rooms made for a relaxing stay. However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by Miss Helen and the staff. Their professionalism, hospitality, and genuine care for guests made me feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend both the hotel and its amazing team!

Generally tidy and clean. It’s right next to construction site, but it’s a weekend so the noise level is acceptable. However, the room and corridor is filled with cigarette smell, a bit disappointed.

It was such a wonderful stay. The hotel has robots to deliver your food 24/7. Breakfast has a large selection and staff are all very helpful and kind. They even decorated our room to celebrate my husband's birthday.

Convenient location with MTR line7 right next to hotel entrance. There is a night market nearby with lots of street food offers. There are also tons of restaurants to choose from. Close to central business unit. A few underground train step from the Futian high speed railway station. The room can be operated by voice. The gymnasium is a bit small though for those who are really into exercise.

Super-duper close to subway, Ping A Tower within walkable distance. Amenities good and otherwise pleasant stay too. Sound insulation is not the best but not the worse either.
