Shenzhen Yi International Hotel Apartment (Shenzhen Shangmeilin Metro Station)

The hotel is conveniently located and has a large room with two toilets and bedrooms. My phone happened to be out of battery when I checked in. The front desk clerk asked me to charge it first. The service was very good.

The hotel is close to the station and Zhuoyue Mall, and the location is good. The front desk of the hotel is on the third floor, and the instructions are not very clear. The staff are small and busy, and they often leave. Fortunately, I can contact you by phone, and the response speed is relatively fast. The room has enough light, the air conditioning performance is normal, and it is basically equipped for two people. Unfortunately, the indoor cleaning was not as good as it could be. The water glasses and refrigerators were in the worst condition. Check-in support was also inadequate. I rented a duplex room for four people, but the room only had basic facilities for two people, including pillows, quilts, sanitary products, and water bottles. All owed two shares. There is a problem with the water drainage design of the shower room in the suite and the situation is not ideal. There is insufficient space in the shower room on the lower floor and there is no place to put clean clothes.

The subway station is right across the street from the building, so convenient! It's a pity that I may not come again! The address provided by the platform is wrong. The registration address should be on the 3rd floor. The security guard downstairs refused to let me in. I really couldn't check in without a phone call! The only option is to ask passersby to borrow a phone! Room facilities: The glass furniture in the whole house is very dusty, the walls of the bedroom are moldy, and there is water all over the floor of the bedroom after taking a shower in the toilet, because I don’t want to disturb my aunt late at night! The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the traffic upstairs at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night! Had an average sleep all night!

During the May Day Golden Week holiday, I went to Shenzhen for a day trip with my family. This hotel was not a hotel, but an ordinary apartment, and I had to call to check before I learned that check-in was done in a room on the third floor. It was very strange. If I have another choice, I will never have the chance to stay here again, and the facilities in the room are basically non-existent, and you have to pay for TV programs at your own expense!

平時都係搵開公寓住，呢間係最好，位置又一流，行去搭lift已經覺得好靚，入屋後既感覺係高級時尚同埋實用非常乾淨，美中不足既係大梳化有小小歲月既痕跡，沖涼位會水浸浸到出去馬桶位

位置很好的！三室的客廳有點細！下層房的床不平！

公寓大堂装修新淨,地点交通方便,旁边就是地铁站,有大型商場,吃喝玩樂乜都有,而且有少许遠離福田中心区,人流不会太大,等位食飯不需排隊等太久！

酒店可以，自助形式！周邊商場食店很多！近地鐵方便！可以來一住！晚上商場有很多娛樂設施，可供小朋友開心一下！
