Very close to the railway station, 5 minutes to the hotel and 15 minutes to Nantou Ancient City, very convenient. We arrived at the hotel at 5 o'clock, but the room was not available yet. Fortunately, we could enjoy simple pastries, fruits, and two glasses of red wine in the hotel lobby. But there are not enough manpower, so no one cleans the tables and chairs in the restaurant, so you have to clean them yourself. The waiter's service was okay. After waiting for about 45 minutes, I was finally able to go to the room. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I loved the sofa and chairs for late-night snacks. You have to ask the waiter for the complimentary ice bars, but you shouldn’t have to ask! The next day at breakfast time, there were not enough staff when the breakfast arrived before 9 o'clock, so we had to ask the waiter to clear the table for the guests who had left. There was enough food variety, and the most important thing was that the coffee machine ran out of coffee beans, and there was no waiter to handle it. If you wanted to drink one more cup, there was no more. Overall, it was okay. When I left, I still saw guests waiting for a long time and their rooms were not ready. I hope the hotel can improve.
