The hygienic conditions of the hotel are too poor. There are old bloodstains on the bed sheets, a large piece, and a lot of broken hair on the pillow. It must not be changed. I went to the front desk and agreed to change it. It took half an hour for someone to replace it. Severe allergies after wearing slippers, red and swollen, and will never book this apartment-style hotel again.

住過那麼多公寓民宿，這一家真的是值得五星好評。真的是非常滿意。
1.）很乾凈衞生，很安靜。
2.）房間很寬，複式三床，各有各的房間，真的很爽啊。
3.）離深圳大學很近，走路過去才幾分鐘。 旁邊還有香港理工， 深圳清華大學研究院，香港科技大學產學研大樓。
4.）有電磁爐，可以自己做飯。
5.）樓下有多家飯店和超市，非常便利。
6.）如果自己開車過來，可以找老闆娘拿停車優惠。老闆娘很熱情。
以後過來這邊辦事或者旅遊，我將會再次選擇這家，值得回購。
真的是值得推薦，我才寫了這麼多。

首先説一下房間哈～乾淨整潔，床單被罩都有摺痕，就連二層上床鋪前面的縫隙都沒有灰塵別問我咋知道😂我家三歲的小子在上面踩過😂還以為得踩一腳灰塵，畢竟是縫隙。誰知道小腳丫乾乾淨淨！洗手間馬桶也沒有污漬異味。站在窗前就能看到很美的夜景。周圍生活也很便利，購物就餐都很方便。最重要的話留在最後説😃老闆娘姐姐性格真的很好，很開朗，很好溝通，也很熱情細心。快到的時候，問是否有車位，姐姐特意下樓接我們給找了車位。很開心的一次旅行，下次過來絕對還會住在這裏！最後祝老闆生意興隆，財源滾滾隨春到👍🏻👍🏻

公寓就在南山中心區，走路幾分鐘就到地鐵站，小區出來對面就是萬象天地，吃喝玩樂一條龍，帶孩子長者出遊很方便，房間搞得很乾凈，房間設施齊全，老闆推薦的幾家餐廳也很不錯，爸媽很滿意

房間很寬 我每天早上在裏面鍛鍊都有足夠位置。設施很齊全 熱水器吹風筒冰箱都有 衞生間很整潔 床也很寬很舒服。老闆娘人很好 我中間離開兩天不住還幫我保管行李 有需要什麼東西都能儘量滿足。很推薦大家入住
