提前預訂的三房一廳，比預想的乾淨，老闆也挺熱情的，三房一廳在頂樓比較安靜，還有個露台，視野比較好，如果天氣好，看遠處的前景應該很漂亮，忘記拍房間照片了，另外房間要是能配置一些簡單的衣架就好了衣服都沒有地方放。

民宿老闆人還挺熱情的，但是衞生真的是超級差評，訂了兩間雙人房，四張床都是臟的，床單枕頭都是有黃點的痕跡……特別離譜的是，有一張床還有一堆不知明的黑毛….四個人一晚上都睡不好🙃，價格一晚300比我以前住的一兩百酒店還差😢，而且熱水不夠暖…很少給差評，這次真的是無語住了…

被子裏面是發黴的，地板瓷磚一點都不吸水，進一次廁所走出來地板進水鬼一樣，第二天都還不幹，牆角全是灰還黴黴的。

無停車位置，需停車至p1停車場，六十一天，步行大概一公里至民宿，房間比較潮，被子也有點潮濕，在巷子裏面，找不到打得酒店電話，酒店前台態度不太好，酒店無電梯無瓶裝水，無浴巾，靠巷子裏面整體比較安靜

1、位置靠山，窗户看出去的景色很怡人。2、設施比較新，還算乾淨。3、走到路邊不遠，打車很方便，主幹道上餐飲店小吃店便利店很多，用餐購物方便。4、海邊整體價格偏貴，房間比較簡陋，比較小，掛衣服的地方也沒有。這樣的設施在別的地方旅行最多200的價格。但是這是海邊都是這樣的定價也沒辦法。衹能説價格和條件不夠匹配。

非常好 乾淨舒適 安靜 後面是山 住了一晚 第二晚滿房了我們就換地方了 楊梅坑的景色很美 桔釣沙的海水很藍很清 不愧是玻璃海 早起看了日出 出行很方便 公交打車都很方便

位於楊梅坑民宿羣中，設計屬於比較現代和舒服的那種，二樓有公共陽台，整體還算不錯，租電動車60一天，衞生和服務衹能説一般了，不過附近應該也沒有更好的了，友情提醒這個地方前不着村後不着店，物價很貴叫不了外賣，最好自己帶足吃喝用品

第一次網上隨機訂的民宿，總體還可以吧，看着裝修蠻新的 ，就是老闆吧態度平平淡淡的。😂 還行還行。就是天氣不好，一直陰天，本來想着如果晴天就多住幾天，多玩幾天，看了一下天氣預報一個星期都是陰天就離開了。下次去挑個天氣好，去看晚霞和日出，去享受生活。北方的孩子戀海🥺 。哦想起來了，本來想加老闆聯繫方式，下次來就可以提前聯繫留房間給我，離開的時候老闆好像在睡覺，就沒打擾了。
