石段街にすぐに出られる立地のとても大正時代創業の歴史ある旅館です。黄金湯はとても気持ち良く特に仁乃湯は深さ1ｍと初めての経験で、とても暖まります。本館一間を予約しましたが、トイレなど水回りはリニューアルされていて、とても清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。ただ、食事処で提供された料理は、そのほとんどがすでにテーブルに並べられており、仲居の方の説明もありません。天ぷらですが、「蓮根の海老真薯」、腐っている食材ではないか、臭いがあり傷んでいるようで食べられませんでした。家族全員分を下げてもらいましたが、傷んでいたのかどうかの説明・回答はなく、この夕食の一件で、今回の旅行が台無しになりました。今まで数多くの口コミを書いていますが、こんな経験は今までなく、こういった口コミを書くことはとても残念です。期待していた旅館でしたので、もっと丁寧な説明をして欲しかったと思います。

旅館の雰囲気 スタッフのサービス 食事は、満足できます。 古い館内を上手に生かした歴史を感じる旅館だな と思います。 併設されているバー＆カフェもスタッフ 商品 とても素晴らしく、ファンです。 ただ、残念なのは、ホテルのアメニティ。。。。 環境を考えて せっけんシャンプーなのでしょうが 髪がバサバサになります。 ボディソープもせっかくの温泉の潤いをガサガサに仕上げてくれます。 置いてあるドライヤーも、風量が無く残念過ぎます。 最近は、どこの旅館ホテルも、良質なアメニティを置いているので 自分では基礎化粧品しかもっていきませんでしたが、この旅館に宿泊するときは 全て持参する事をお勧めします。
