酒店位置好，房間很乾凈，睡的床墊很舒服，枕頭也好，客房大姐們打掃的可乾淨了，還多送了兩個水，前台一直微笑服務，態度也特別好，進門時有人引領幫忙拿行李，耐心回答我的諮詢，還給我們介紹周邊吃飯的飯店可多了，特別熱情。下次還來這家店住宿

房間真好，特別暖和，又大，床睡着很舒服，前台服務非常熱情，態度和藹可親，微笑着回答每一句問話，太可愛了。酒店位置好，設備齊全，有洗衣房，不但有烘乾機還有烘鞋機。電視有投屏功能，也有小度，整齊來説性價比很高的一家酒店，適合商務出差客人入住。也推薦和我一樣經常出差的過來體驗一下。

攜程上訂的商務大床房，去了以後發現商務大床房是特指的幾間距離高架橋很近的幾個房間，本人睡眠質量不好，這間實在是無法入住，然後與前台和經理進行了溝通，剛好高級大床房與商務大床房價格一致，就進行了免費升房，特別感謝經理和前台的人性化操作！！！
入住體驗很好，高級大床房給安排了22樓，相對安靜

房間寬敞明亮，設施現代化，有機器人送物，電視能投屏，床墊睡着非常舒服。前台服務員態度熱情，和藹親切，服務也非常周到，我們等人還給倒茶水。位置好，交通也方便，賓客出門進門總是微笑着問好，我們都不好意思走了，整體讓我們感到非常親切和温暖。如果下次來石家莊肯定還住這家店的。
