電梯和寫字樓公用，等電梯需要時間長，購物方便，停車方便，不過不免費，一次性拖鞋還需要找前台要才給，而且寫的是其他酒店，隔音效果差，隔壁看電視都能聽見。硬件設施一般，感覺算不上中端酒店。
