位置很好，離景區門口很近（門口附近就有一條清澈的小溪，帶孩子來玩水太好了！），門口有停車的地方，房間乾淨整潔，老闆夫婦服務非常好，自家產的茶葉隨便喝，老闆娘的菜燒得很地道，老闆還抽空帶我們去附近的暫時沒有開發的一個景區（蓮花山）逛了一上午，兼職導遊和司機，非常專業，短短兩天的行程很開心，很愜意！

老闆老闆娘人很和善，老闆娘用心做的早餐韭菜雞蛋餅特別好吃，店家特別用心做菜，老闆娘現去地裏挖土豆，採摘野菜給我們吃，二早一中一晚不重樣，都是當地特色菜，可惜衹住了一天，第二天要去別的地方，山莊離牯牛降很近，步行十幾分鍾就到遊客中心，由於帶着年邁的長者一起，老闆特地免費送我們去遊客中心，貼心服務，還會再來。

設施：設施齊全，應有盡有。
衞生：房間非常乾淨。被褥也很乾爽。
環境：緊挨着大山，門口一條小溪，清澈見底，很方便親水遊戲。
服務：老闆人很熱情，車接車送，並且給我們提出了非常好的遊玩的建議，節省了時間和費用

酒店離景區大概500米，旁邊有山有水，水不深有許多小孩在玩，像天然的泳池，酒店內部很乾凈，設施齊全，服務熱情，老闆娘做飯美味值得下次再來

老闆是嚴家村嚴氏後裔，是位手藝人，做過鑄造工、木工，同時經營一家香樟工藝品店，種植一些野生硒茶，熱情好客，免費接送客人來回於景區內，為客人省下了景區內車費（來回18元/位），給我印象很深的是旅店廳堂明亮乾淨，廚房乾乾淨淨一塵不染，住宿條件乾淨整潔！老闆娘燒菜很不錯，每頓飯還免費贈送一盤花生米，做下酒菜！我在攜程訂了一宿，又在店內續了一宿，嚴老闆給了優惠，今晚又免費贈送一個菜。聽説我明天去西遞、塔川，免費把我送到池州（正趕上他的小兒子開學去池州乘高鐵），因為石台縣去黟縣的汽車很少！出發前，老闆免費贈送早餐，一碗牛肉麪，我們6點出發去池州！嚴老闆熱情好客，令人感動！

老闆特別熱情，房間裏、客棧的樓梯、大廳、餐廳各個角落都特別乾淨，連玻璃都擦的很亮，是我住過的最乾淨的地方，老闆家做的臭鱖魚也很好吃，特別適合全家過來休閑度假，下次還要再來👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
