Shrewsbury Town Centre

Perfect location, value for money, spotless, comfy rooms and staff were so helpful and friendly. I stayed here whilst visiting family and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel and staff were very welcoming from the first phone call to departure. It was the staff that made the place extra special. We had a room at the top of the hotel, which was the quietest I've ever stayed in (not even the bus station woke me). We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was lovely, before leaving for home. Leanne, the manager was great checking us in, and Lindsey helped us with breakfast. We were so impressed, we are planning a return with family this time. Thankyou for a lovely, stress-free stay :-)

Definitely not one of Premier Inn's finest. To be fair, there was nothing wrong with the room, but the public areas are grubby, especially the entrances. Breakfast, at which Premier Inn usually excel, was a disaster. Under cooked bacon, never did find the toaster, and what was that masquerading as black pudding? Not enough staff the run the place properly. And I was robbed of £10 for overnight parking. Frankly, Shrewsbury just isn't worth it.

Comfortable bed, good shower, soft towels, floor could of been a bit more clean but very nice otherwise

I stayed here a couple of years ago and it's still very good. The hotel is in a great spot by the river and very central. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We stayed on the first floor with the bus station just below us, but we didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was decent too.

For a room that cost over £150 on the one night I do not expect accumulated dust under the beds; not just a few days worth. The rear entrance may suffer from being adjacent to a redevelopment project but it had piles of accumulated rubbish and the steps to the hotel were filthy. The front entrance to the hotel would also benefit from the use of a power washer. The bathroom had a very tired appearance and is in need of an update. Customers are entitled to take minimum standards of comfort and cleanliness and no hotel receives praise for this

Right in the heart of Shrewsbury, has parking and is also very near the train station, great all you can eat breakfast.
