I spent a few nights here on holiday with friends, and all four of us had nothing but great things to say about the staff and the hotel. Everyone was very friendly, from the front desk to the bar staff. The massage and hammam staff too were welcoming and professional. The food was varied and always very good. The drinks were flowing, the only issue being a slight language barrier with the bar staff - but considering what we paid and how welcoming they were, that's absolutely fine. I'm already looking forward to going back to Side, and a big part of that was the experience at the hotel. I've already recommended it to friends.

We had a lovely holiday and would recommend the hotel to everyone. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The birthday gift in our room was a lovely touch. We had everything we needed from a lovely clean room, comfy bed, ac, great food, drinks, all inclusive at the beach. Free bus to the beach, beach bag, use of beach towels, relaxing pool area. The hotel is in a quiet location about 15 mins walk from the old town of side which has all the shops and restaurants but we didn't eat out once as we enjoyed the hotel buffet each day. The hotel appears to have recently been redecorated. Our room was on the small side, but was really nicely decorated, clean and fresh. It had tea/coffee facilities and a TV, not that we needed a TV as Side is lovely. The rest of the hotel is also clean and well-maintained. The pool and surrounding area was nice, and the shaded area close to the building was a nice spot to sit and read. The food was good quality, and there was plenty of it, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as an afternoon snack around 4PM. The bar service was fast, the beer was cold and there was a variety of spirits on offer. I didn't try the cocktails, but my partner said they were good, and the measures were generous. I felt that the bar could have a little bit more choice, however, we still had everything we needed. The service was excellent from every member of staff we spoke to. The staff on the reception were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the bar/food service staff were really welcoming and friendly - particular thanks to Ömar on the bar, he was really friendly, really welcoming and honestly made an effort to help us have a good time (and it worked). Other quick notes: The hammam was excellent value and service according to my friends. The hotel owns a small beach bar, with a regular shuttle between the hotel and beach (though you could probably walk it in 15 mins). They have shisha in the night on some days (though that might cost extra). Overall, I'd stay at this hotel again - and I'd be particularly happy to stay if I knew that I'd see the same staff I met this time. It's a well-decorated, clean hotel and it's an excellent base for exploring the vast history of Side, which is roughly 15 mins away on foot. The highlights from our party of four - the hammam, the selection of cakes available, the cocktails and the bar service (especially Ömar - thanks for all the rakı mate!)

This is by no means a 5 star hotel but it has a 5star heart The rooms are lovely and beds are comfortable. The pool area is lovely and the drinks are good . It has a lovely friendly a**osphere . If I was to give a negative it would be food! I’m vegetarian and wasn’t catered for at all other than an abundance of salad . I learned however at the end of the week , Just ask and they shall make something for you😜 The staff are so lovely and keen to make your stay happy. Melt is the restaurant chef and shall oblige any dietary requirements Serdar, the waiter is so on point and shall make sure you are never thirsty.🥂 Herman in reception is such a sweet and helpful man and makes sure you are taken care of regarding reservations for restaurants etc. All in all a smashing place with smashing people . You can’t go wrong. Also there is a beach with the all inclusive beach bar and a wee bus shall take you 5 minutes away . It’s beautiful. There is a stunning port about 20 minutes walk or 10 euros in a taxi and you shall see Athena’s columns which are being restored … simply magical and the port and the little bars etc is stunning and full of character .

What can I say we have just come back from a week and all i can say is this place is a little GEM. We had the best time we have no complaints a tall. The reception Gurkan is a credit to the hotel as well as Serdar he waited on us hand and foot never did we have to wait on a drink, he did not even have us stand at the bar totally professional and works his socks off. We were a party of 4 2 couples who needed a wee break and Sun and the vibe in this hotel was so good. My friend is a vegetarian a fussy one at that and was fine for a few days but we did end up venturing out for food but we then had a chat with the chief who made pasta for us so please speak to Gurkan they will try to accommodate any reasonable request. Your plates are removed very quickly ( sometime to quick :) ) place is clean, the trip to the private beech is a must and overall a great wee hotel and we will 100% return.
