Velea@Rose Apple Square

Wow where do I start, booked and paid 650 dollar for one month not including water electric through a company called IPS who I cannot fault at all. One week into my stay drilling banging and noise from 8am and not 1 day everyday, I thought well obviously a major emergency but apparently not, work had been scheduled for some months which myself and others was not privy to. On my second week had a meeting with RAS and they said all agents knew about the scheduled work which was an outright lie. I have since terminated my contract 2 weeks early and paid to stay in hotel and no refund this company are so unprofessional all seem happy but have no idea how to run a business and believe me I am not the only person who are not happy with this noncence. I asked for proof to give them benefit of doubt agents knowing and nothing back. And they even offered me to move to other building which was nice but declined only to be told today more works going on there utter disgrace out of pocket but at least happy

Just completed a week's stay at this brand new apartment complex in Siem Reap and can recommend it to anyone staying a few days or more. We much prefer it to staying in a hotel as they have studios and family apartments which include a small kitchenette and full size fridge. It's incredibly clean and comfortable, and they offer a free very well equiped gym and a lovely swimming pool. It's tucked away in a relatively quiet side street about 10 minutes walk from Pub Street. Studios/King rooms are large enough for two people and very reasonably priced for what you get. The staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I'm not affiliated with the apartments in any way, but can honestly say, that this has been one of the best accommodations we have stayed in throughout SE Asia.

Staying at Velea is like having a holiday apartment. The furniture, decoration and home appliance are well equipped. Especially, the location and the service provided by Velea team. It is the best place to stay whether for business or holiday.

My friends and I had a very nice stay at Velea. The location is very convenient which is in the center of Siem Reap city, and only a 10 to 15min walk to Pub Street and other amenities. The room is very clean with a beautiful view of the pool. The gym is very modern and big, full range of equipment for gym lovers. The staff are very friendly and helpful which is a good representation of Siem Reap people and the City of Smile. Very highly recommended for those who are looking for short stays in Siem Reap.

My sister and I traveled to Siem Reap and stayed for 4 nights at the Velea at Rose Apple Square serviced apartment. We had a two-bedroom apartment that was fantastic, with very clean and bright rooms, a great kitchen, and living and dining rooms. There is also a very beautiful big pool and a great gym. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Walking to Pub Street takes about 15 minutes or less. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the entire experience something we would repeat. I highly recommend Velea at Rose Apple Square.

Velea at Rose Apple Square is an amazing place to stay while in Siem Reap. The location is prime and gets you close enough to pub street, cafes, eateries, and shopping while keeping you away from the crowds and noise so you can have a good nights rest. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it’s not just the first people you see-it’s everyone apart of the Velea family. I especially enjoy the community and access to the gym, cafe and pool (they really have an amazing pool). Each weekend they are having events for kids or adults and they really do cater to the needs of the community. I would highly recommend this place for your short term or long term stay in Siem Reap, or as your permanent residence. From arrival to departure, Velea at Rose Apple Square is your best bet!
