The hotel facilities I stayed at during this trip were very innovative and diverse. The service quality of the hotel is also very good. I give it a high rating of 10 points. However, I must mention that the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved, there are still stains on the mattress. What an amazing hotel! Though the facility is truly 5-star, the staff is even better! From the moment you pull up to the curb, you are met with smiles and friendly service. Sopheak Chhun was phenomenal! Rooms were luxurious and very cool, which is great because it’s so so hot outside. The Sky Bar is gorgeous and very uniquely laid out. The cold and hot tubs are wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!

The incredible view, The room was amazing and beautiful with very spacious size and the hotel is very new, modern with big restaurant, 3 swimming pool, big Gym and has steam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, The hotel is located in the heart of town, I just spend 3 min to the famous pub street in town and 3 mini to night market and super market. But staff was high light, Mr. Chhun Sopheak The manager, was very welcome and friendly. He was very well organized me with doctor appointment as per I am handicapped, I was very enjoyed my staying there. I will return back again to this hotel and I would recommend this hotel for your staying here at Koulen Central Mall & Hotel.

The hotel is quite new and in a great location near the Central Market. It’s a great place to come home to after exploring the temples on a hot and humid day. My room was clean with a comfy king size bed and crisp white linens, good AC, nice shower, lots of space. I must mention the beautiful hardwood floors. The staff are very friendly and courteous, some need a bit more training in attention to detail. The rooftop bar has a great view, a good place to relax and unwind. My only issue is the lack of lighting in the hallways. I was given a room very far from the elevator and as a solo traveler I felt a uncomfortable walking in the dark hallways alone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Koulen Central Hotel. The hotel is luxurious, the room was big and well designed, the bed very comfortable, and the 2 swimming pools on the top roof made our stay very pleasant. I have to say that the personal was very professional, nice and attentive. I want to thank particulary Sreynith who was very helpfull and available to respond all my demands, and always with her beautiful smile. Also, the hotel is very close to Pub Street and the Night Market. I really recommend Koulen Central if you're visiting Siem Reap.

Hotel is clean with gracious and helpful staff. Breakfast has good selection and generous serving. Noodle soup is excellent! Service is great. Location is in a quiet area within a short walking distance to local restaurants and night market.

A very clean and brand new hotel with the kindest and friendliest staff I ever experienced. A hotel driver, mr Sok, took us to Banteai Srei. He was a very good driver and very entertaining as well. Good luck in life to all @Koulen Central Hotel!

Sreynith at the front desk made my check in wonderful. Great hotel! I have nothing bad to say. Sreynith is fabulous! So helpful and friendly. This hotel is excellent. I will definitely stay here next time I visit the beautiful city of siem reap.

Great stay!! Beautiful hotel, great service and the pool/bar space is amazing with a great view. Location is also great, near a market for your shopping and near Angkor Wat! Will definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends who are traveling to Siem Reap.
