Il peggior hotel dove abbia mai soggiornato. Camera fatiscente e pulizia pessima, bagno fatiscente privo di sistema di aerazione, polvere ovunque soprattutto nei punti ciechi e sotto il letto. Insonorizzazione assente, sia tra le camere che con l'esterno.

Capitato per caso- visto che l'hotel che abitualmente frequento era al completo- mi son fermato pur la notte di Ferragosto. Stanza angusta con climatizzatore rumorosissimo e vista sul parcheggio agenzia delle entrate. Bagno da "rivedere" con interventi di manutenzione seri. Alle 5.00 di mattina una comitiva di turisti dell'est ha fatto una confusione folle: risate, urla, grida, porte sbattute. Nessuno è intervenuto. La sarabanda è continuata indisturbata per oltre mezz'ora. Giusto il tempo di riaddormentarsi e parte il suono ritmico di un allarme interno all'albergo. Anche qui nessun intervento per diversi minuti. Per 90 euro (100 con colazione) ci si aspetterebbe un bagno discreto e la possibilità di dormire. Nulla di tutto questo mi è stato concesso

Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di notti in questo hotel. Ho trovato una buona pulizia, personale gentile e competente e mi riferisco in particolare al sig. Mauro, il cameriere del ristorante che sicuramente ha contribuito ad avere una delle stella in questa recensione. Buon cibo con menù fisso. Per chi viaggia in auto è in una posizione molto comoda Non do 5 stelle perché c'è qualcosa ancora da sistemare nelle camere e inoltre avrei preferito che fosse incluso anche il dessert nella nostra tariffa.

Sicuramente al termine della ristrutturazione sarà molto bello ma l’accoglienza e la gentilezza non si acquisiscono con una bella struttura e loro fortunatamente le hanno già entrambe. Personale gentilissimo sia in reception che in sala ristorante, dove per altro le pietanze che abbiamo mangiato erano veramente deliziose.
