Vasia Resort & Spa

First time in Greece, should done it before at Vasia Resort. Nice and friendly staff at the reception, arriving there with a welcome drink. Very helpfull to guide us to our rooms. We were there with my family, 4 adults and a baby. We had 2 en-suite rooms with a private pool....amazing !! Breakfast, lunch and diner, choises enough, showcooking and the drinks served at the table....staff are amazing & doing a great job, possibility to have an early and late breakfast and there is a snackbar at a pool. Swimming pools....my goodness, we didn't have time enough to try them all ! Enough place and sunbeds, to enjoy your holiday. Looking forward to go back next year !!

This was our second visit, we loved it the first time that we had to come back. On this occasion it was even better as we stayed for 9 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is immaculate, the food is brilliant and the staff from the reception to the dining and pool and bar are all excellent. The one guy Vasilis at the pool side bar made us laugh everyday. He is a top bloke! The resort is fairly quiet but plenty to do even for families. We will definitely be back soon to enjoy another week to ten days in the near future! 🙂

Lovely hotel with great facilities, and friendly and helpful staff. We visited in May, and although we arrived late, we we invited to get a drink at the bar while our luggage was delivered to our room. We were also given a package that contained sandwiches, apples, and water to take to the room. The food was varied and plentiful, with lots of choice and variety. It was nice to be able to choose whether to eat in our outdoors, and it was lovely to have table service for drinks. The staff on the pool bar were fabulous, very friendly, and helpful. The lady who worked in the main hotel bar was an absolute delight, and we enjoyed conversing with her. The reception staff were very kind and informative, and were a pleasure to deal with. The hotel and facilities were great. However, it was the hotel staff that made this holiday so special. Thanks to you all for your brilliant customer service. We will be back!

Just returned from a 7 night stay here. We had the best time! Didn’t want to leave! On arrival we were greeted by really friendly staff, given welcome drinks and our bags were taken to our rooms. The hotel is lovely, beautiful location by the sea. Good choice of pools and some slides for the kids. The buffet was great, good varied selection with lots of choice for adults & children. We ate at the Italian which was Al a carte, really enjoyed our meal here and was a nice change from main restaurant. Snack bar also good. Hotel is clean, cleaners were in daily with fresh towels, making beds, new water bottles. Staff were so friendly, from the bar staff to entertainment staff. This really made it for us. Location was perfect, very short walk to the fishing village of Sissi which we fell in love with, some beautiful tavernas, shops, bakeries and bars with a stunning view of the harbour. We took a dip in the small beach area, lovely clear and calm waters. We also took a boat trip from here. The hotel put on a free shuttle to a lovely sandy beach where we spent the day and had lunch at a fabulous beach cafe. The bars just outside the hotel are also great, special mention to Peggy’s Irish bar, juniper bar and stefanos who were all so welcoming and accommodating. If being super critical, the sunbeds could do with an upgrade (big dips in lots of them) and the evening entertainment could be improved however we are early season so probably unfair to judge this. All in all we had the best holiday! I never go back to the same place but think I could make an exception here!

The staff are lovely. We had a problem on the first day that was eventually dealt with. The quality of the food is fine, nothing special but the buffet is massive so you'll always find something to eat if you're a fussy eater! There was only the buffet that was all-inclusive though. They did have one restaurant, however this only consisted of one free meal in the all inclusive package, the rest of the time we had to pay. We were not happy about that! The pool was nice. We only found a few pools onsite, much less than advertised. Location was average, but great quad bike rentals near by so it was great for me and the Mrs who like to travel and explore. The Spa was nice and they offer good packages for couples. Overall, we were happy with the experience. 4 stars would be more befitting of the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and staff overall friendly. Buffet average but food bit cold if u left it too late. Swimming pools good but sunloungers need replaced as sink into the middle of them. The other pool bar the food was pre-prepared. Room lovely cleaner very good couldn't do enough for u Only 1 meal in the all-inclusive so never bothered. Bit quiet no music needs updated in some areas plus beach was quite a distance has curtesy bus. Feel its more like 3☆plus.

Third trip back to this venue, friendly staff, all very helpful. Several Buffet choices, also small pool for children.

We had a really bad experience in the vasia resort and spa.when we arrived at the room the water leak all over the bathroom floor.the kettle did not switch off and when we when to unplug the kettle the socket was coming out of the wall these where all reported to the recipient staff who told us they knew about these faults. But the sink was fixed, and the socket was put into the wall and got a different kettle but it never stop boiling .we never used the hotel facilities.some off the staff where friendly and some did not speck to us.there was damaged tiles near the pool and.its not a 4* hotel.

We stayed at the Vasia Spa resort for 14 nights, we had such a wonderful time. The hotel was extremely helpful, with regards to assistance, due to mobility issues. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention must go to Ioanna, the F & B Manager. She made every diner feel special with her enthusiasm and professionalism, always with a smile. The food was excellent and the menu changed every day. The restaurant staff were well trained, they cleared your used crockery and cutlery as soon as you had finished, and were very attentive. The maid service in the room was excellent. The hotel is spotless and felt cool and comfortable. There are plenty of activities for residents to enjoy, the pools are well maintained and were a joy to use. There are great sea views and it is only a 5 minute walk to the picturesque harbour where you could swim. This made a great base for the holiday, I would heartily recommend staying there, we are looking at returning in September.
