The complex is very nice and clean, acceptable food, they don't have many dishes, the prices are a bit high for what they offer..Who wants to visit that area, I only recommend this complex and that's it. There is nothing else in that area. A holiday for people over 50. I recommend the hotel, but not the area..

This resort hotel was chosen by the bride and groom for a destination wedding over Memorial Day Weekend - So we received a special rate since the wedding guests had about 60 rooms. For our special price - I'd say this resort was 'very good'. Would I say the same if the price was $100 more per night? Probably not. $50 more? Possibly. The location is spectacular - so spend a bit more and get a Junior suite with a sea view. The Junior suite is a nice size - plenty of room - and a modern bathroom. The living room is furnished with Ikea type furnishings. However, it's clean and perfectly OK. Opening up the French windows and letting in the gentle warm breeze while gazing at the view is soul soothing. The breakfast buffet included in price is very good. Plenty of selections. However, they really should have bananas. My friend was not well one morning and I was told I was not allowed to bring up to the room a bowl of cereal in the restaurant's bowl. They offered me two small plastic cups to bring the cereal to the room. Very annoying. How can a resort not have the proper plastic containers to accommodate a guest who can't make it down to breakfast? The dinner buffet for 30 euros is 'just ok'. I preferred the restaurant near the pool for dinner - the pizzas were very good as was the mozzarella and prosciutto starter. Over the weekend, I believe this wasSaturday night, there was a band playing until midnight. It was loud. So if you can't stay up that late - then perhaps choose a room on the other side of the hotel. (But, really, go for a sea view room in spite of the band!) There are often long lines at reception. I'm not sure what the problem is. It's a large resort - so maybe they are understaffed at the front desk? If I were running this hotel - I'd have 4 agents at reception to handle the volume. Would I fly from the United States to Sicily just for a week at this resort? No. But if I lived in Europe - I'd consider a repeat visit.

This hotel is beautiful we got there and it rained for 4/5 days. But it was all sunshine, laughs and precious moments as the hotel tour guide took us out everyday to magical spots. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful resort. Pools were sparkling clean. Suggest renting a car if you’re not part of a group who arranged a bus for side excursions. Guitarist’s music was very nice. Staff is friendly. PY for the view of the sea. I miss waking up to that ama ing view!!

We juste left the hôtel very early in the morning, they were suppose to prepare a breakfast for the 3 of us but nothing. And then they told us about about the chargé like 7 euros per day, that they didnt told us about this they didnt forget. Then the bar restaurant by the pool the service was a disaster.. Such a shame for a Nice hôtel like this...

Absolutely beautiful location and the views were amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also not too far from Palermo which has loads to offer

We selected this hotel because it was within reasonable proximity to Palermo and had both parking (€10 pn) and a decent sized swimming pool. But we were disappointed to find we were treated as 2nd class citizens, partly because we weren’t members of the D Club (apparently it’s a time share to which we’d been oblivious when booking) and partly because the quality on offer from a 4 star hotel was so lacking First impressions seemed encouraging. The grounds are attractive, there’s a large car park and check in was straightforward. But the devil was in the detail As a non D Club member we discovered our areas of access to some parts of the hotel/facilities were limited. We were confined to a compact, very busy area of the breakfast/dining room where it was difficult to find a clean table (whilst the D Club area was largely empty) - and we were excluded from using the padded sunbeds and best areas around the pools But our two biggest complaints were the quality of the food and the attitude of some of the staff Breakfast (included) and the buffet dinner (€30 ph which included a half bottle of wine) were both, frankly, appalling, offering a poor selection and an even poorer quality of main dishes. There was absolutely no ambience in the dining room which was windowless and akin to a staff canteen. Fortunately the taverna opposite was very good and as we had a car we were able to explore other local restaurants. Many of the staff were clearly far more focussed on making life easier for themselves than for their guests. On several occasions at the upper pool area, we had to go into the bar to order drinks as the waiters walking by seemed oblivious to us - and the staff at the lower pool bar came across as surly and disdainful. And standing at reception we found ourselves having to wait to be served whilst the staff (having seen us) chose to unload a trolley full of breakfast bags rather than to attend to us. That said, the cleaning staff seemed generally efficient - and Peppe, the boatman, took us out on a super trip around the bay area Our room was “compact” and provided only the bare essentials (including a fridge and tv.) There was a decent sized balcony but with only 1 chair The mattress was rock hard, the bed linens were adequate - but the “white” towels were grey, thin and ragged (although the pool towels were good quality and generous sized) The shower was of a reasonable size and very powerful with both hand held and overhead heads (but with some evidence of mould). There was a magnifying mirror but the bathroom mirrors steamed up quickly as there was no extractor fan. A decent hairdryer was attached to the bathroom wall. There was hard soap, shower gel/shampoo but no conditioner or body lotion - and certainly no robes or other luxuries. The bathroom side wall and door was of frosted glass which offered little privacy (and absolutely no soundproofing/privacy). There was a double wardrobe with 3 drawers and a safe inside. The

Fantastic site!! Highly recommend the Boat Tour with Pepe (sightseeing along the coast, snorkeling) and the Cefalù Tour with Connie (a must as well); both were amazing tour guides! Service everywhere in the hotel was great. The only thing that disappointed was the food, therefore I give it a 4/5.
