Very clean new and modern. The hotel was very quiet which was nice. Unfortunately they could not offer food in the evening and had to rely on take away food. Thankfully the hotel staff were helpful in advising where to order food from. Also very helpful on my check out day as i couldnt work at the office I was given late check out which was great.

I was put up at the Niu Tab for a night by my company as a company event took place nearby. So were a number of my colleagues. I quite enjoyed my short stay. Most of my colleagues liked the hotel as well. The rooms weren’t very spacious, but were clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with TV, A/C, a safe and a hairdryer. No minibar or coffee/tea making facilities, though, which we would have liked upon our arrival as we had gotten stuck in traffic for hours and were quite thirsty. Breakfast was buffet style and was very good. Lots of choices, fresh, well-prepared food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. One point of criticism: when we arrived at shortly after 4 p.m., only about half of our key cards had been programmed. I was one of the lucky ones who got their cards right away, but some of my colleagues had to wait for over half an hour. I call that lack of organisation, particularly since we arrived much later than planned.

I was born in Leverkusen and always stay at the Hotel Kristal when I'm visiting family at home. The selection and the food in the Kristal are very good, the service really courteous. The rooms are modernly furnished and the bathroom is very chic. It's always clean and the beds are super comfy! The next morning we were all able to have breakfast together, even though my family didn't sleep in the hotel. I'd love to come back, I'm looking forward to summer with the outdoor area!

Reserved for one night with grandson (11) as a base for a visit to Neanderthal. Private underground parking, not too wide but more convenient than searching for a place on the street. Friendly welcome but you can best know what German, English or any other language is clearly not their fort. No too large room, but enough for 1 night. Flask of water and tea, no coffee, available. No TV or telephone guide, but menu from the in-house Italian restaurant La Scala. No air conditioning in the room but a window but at higher outdoor temperatures, no cool room. We were both of the same about the poor quality of the head coats, and according to the good German custom, you must make your bed yourself, Maw, throw a layer on it and the donut cover on it again. Bathroom spacious and beautiful with inlet-regen shower, hairdryer also available. Beautiful indoor pool, pleasant water temperature, clothing cabins and free towels available. Only the lockers were not accessible, 4 bedrooms, which is a little on the saving side. Also sauna accessible, only sad that some guests want to use it naked, which is their right of course, but yet less attention in a The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. I was charged more than the agreed price and the hotel refuses to respond to my complaint. I was in the neigborhood and called them after seeing their prices on their site. Based on their offer I went to the hotel, the check-in took a long time because of computer problems. They charged my credit card, I asked for the bill to check it but they said I would get it at check-out. When I complained the next morning they would follow up later. They now deny it and claim I got a better room, but the price of my room on their site is still much lower than paid.

A simple small hotel, small room, but everything super clean, good mattresses, bed linen wonderfully light and still cozy. We slept very quietly and well towards the backyard and were spoiled with a fresh cold cuts platter, good coffee and a delicious breakfast egg at the table. We felt very comfortable and went on a hike strengthened. Very suitable as a hiking hotel.
